If you ask me, I don't know why, but I enitially thought that the purple dragon thing sort of looked like Trip. Also, I like that this short, even for a brief moment, showcases Eggman's distaste or uncaringness towards nature by stomping on the flower.

I’m just glad we get to see more characters that are not mammals. The only other reptiles represented in Sonic is Vector and Espio.

Trip is playable if you complet story mode and also, if you get all the chaos emeralds, as trip you can turn into a dragon
