See how I repurposed a chicken coop we weren't using for years into a hobby workshop for woodworking and meat processing. Join me as I venture into the unknown of making cured smoked bacon, ham and sausages. I'm excited to learn how to make smoked bacon, ham and sausage because you cannot buy cured smoked meats here in the Philippines. I'm hoping some of our CZcams family can give me some insight of how to do this process. At the very least we can learn and have fun trying to make it happen because lord knows I so miss good meat here in the Philippines. So, I hope you will join me on my triumphs or failures on this little mission I set out on. I've always gone by the moto of it's better to have tried something and failed, than to have tried nothing and succeeded. Cheers guys always take time to enjoy the simple things in life that truly matter your family and friends, chasing money in the end will never bring you happiness or joy into your life .
Hello, Randy & Rose, my husband is wondering why you don't buy a walk in freezer instead of so many refrigerators as it would be more efficient? Of course you would need a backup power generator in case of brown outs. Good luck.
Hola,, yes still be good to make a walk in chiller... Can can do it fairly cheap wid ply wood , insulation, and a chiller unit .. but spose therz a power problem thea, won't be able to run toooooo much at once....cassudy
@@Manu-eq4mv True, the brown outs can be a problem, but the refrigerator units are also affected. But even with the cost of a power generator, which would be needed for refrigerators too, it would be more efficient. Thanks
Hi there, Thank you for your great insights. But I don't think that kind of freezer is available ib our little island, and if we are going to get one, It will be a pain in the ass. We don't buy this refrigerators just for freezing, It will be a dual purpose, and main thing is for aging meat, and then use the freezer part to freeze food. Honeypie will have a lot of experimenting to do, and his adventure will begin shortly after we did our major purchase for his shop yesterday. Video will be available in few minutes. Randy , If there are any restarants on your island , You may find 5 gallon buckets , restarants sometimes order stuff like , pickles , peppers and so on in bulk , and those buckets are food grade plastic , I hope this might help you . Have a very nice day , Randall........

Yes That will work, but little road is also curvey at most spots, you think it will still okay? We have carrabao that haul stuff..but not this bulky and fragile ones.

Be sure to get food grade for everything. There are only a few places that I would trust. If you can't find anything available there I can give you a few options, though shipping might be expensive.

Dennis Thats my attire every time I drive, Incase I got accident again, then my skin is a little bit protected. Like the last 2 accidents I had, without jacket and jeans and shoes I could have gotten badly hurt.
