    look into blepharospasms caused by TMJ disorders. Many people are clenching their jaw when they sleep of sleeping in a compromised position that can impact the CN4 nerve and cause eyelid dystonia (blepharospasms). This was ailing me for ~6months and I was misdiagnosed by 3 different doctors. After randomly yawning during a twitching fit, i noticed both that my jaw was sore and that my eyelid stopped twitching immediately. I would open my jaw wide when twitching would occur and it would stop immediately. ChatGPT-ed correlation between jaw pain and blepharospasms and BINGO. Did TMJ physical therapy (found on youtube) and within a few days the twitching decreased in frequency and intensity. 1-week later, and I have no twitching. Figured I'd share in case there's another poor soul with the same issue. Not the end-all solution to blepharospasms, but dang do I wish I found this out sooner!
