Wow rhis reminds me of the forst mini drone I bought. I bought the version without a camera but I had loads of fun with that. Gave it to my daughter and she flies it every now and then.
Hey there, can you show us how to do flips really great and informative video by the way. I tried using the return to home button once and it ended up spiraling upside down onto the concrete and freaking out but it surprisingly survived 😅
Good review. Instead of showing how to unbox you have shown what we need to know, video quality in particular. The video quality looks better that others I've seen. Are the still photos any better?
Nice flier. Similar in structure with the LS-Mini and S66 mini drones. One thing I noticed with 4DRC drones is that they all have very bad cameras. I currently have a V2 (aka COGY) and a V8 (aka Vinci) and I almost had an F5 (aka Wiser). I had to return the F5 because its specs were not really the same as advertised. It supposedly had 6k cameras but it was really only 0.3MP (and a host of other spec claims not true). In fairness, in terms of drone appearance and packaging 4DRC drones are good.
Hi thanks for this awesome video .. the drone itself works great but I cannot seem to get the camera on my phone playing …it keeps loading and loading and no camera . I think there is a bug with the 4d fly app itself . Can you please help !
try deleting and reinstalling the app, have you tries a different device? Honestly Its not a big lose, the only little drone at this price point with a decent camera is the HS430
I would think anyone over 10 years old would be fine, flies about 7-8 minutes and yes it will fly pretty high, but it’s easy to lose it in the wind. Be carefull
Thank you for the lessons. I’m just starting out and my eyes aren’t to good anymore being that I’m 53. I got the Mavic air 2S for a good deal but wanted to start with this to learn how to fly. Is this a good enough one to use to learn or should I get something a little bigger?
No it’s ok, at that price it’s a great drone. The Sanrock U61 is half price on Amazon right now for the same price and it’s a better drone. 53? Your a puppy!
i lost one that size and speed the other day... not sure why ..it happens fast... i was in my side lot ...then i got pretty high had a brain fart and saw just a spec over neighbors big tree.. lost orientation ,cut throttle and looked for about 30 mins .. bummer...it never feels good to lose a plane or a drone ..and you always say never again... lost maybe 3 drones and 4-5 planes over last 10 years... i also climbed a lot of trees etc finding many..
Pretty sure its the same as the Eachine E58 that has been out for 5 years, I did review it a couple years ago, just so much better drones out now for the money, like the DEERC D70
Heres a question i cant seem to figure out the answer to...is this drone faster than the hs210... i think top speed on my hs210 is 10 mph with no wind.. my other mini drones from 9 years ago do around 25 mph outside... they have no altitude hold ...the fast mini drones i have can be found on ebay its JD 385 6 axis mini... quite a hand fun... years ago i was real good at flying them... lost several and gave as gifts...way harder to fly then these altitude hold little buggers...But they could punch out to 100 foot in around 2 seconds used a 1s 245 mah...batt... thanks for sharing
you say that this one has gears/motor setup,but it looks like 210 motor setup basically...which is prop mounted directly on motor... i did have a couple of wltoys drones from a few years back that have brushed motors with gears...which i hate... fixed them a few times... finally my big wltoys motor died and replacements are not worth me fixing..
Lol, your right, I was just seeing if anyone was paying attention, lol, no, I was trying to shoot 4 video’s in a row and messed up. Oh well, it will still ruin the drone if the motors get stoped in a crash but your right
@@b4ugo yes,i like brushless...and i have destroyed many of those motors also in my planes,boats,heli's over the years ...i pretty much destroyed every part you could think of... been out of flying for a few years,but will be getting back into it soon i hope...
Good! I bought one, but have a problem, it fall when fly, i mean flying when i try to keep in one point to take a picture for example, just fall, is like lost signal o power off. It is normal?
@@b4ugo I Finally got it to work on the exchange Drone. A couple of things where going on 1. Stick with the App that's for the Drone... there are 2 different 4drc flying app. For this one it's 4D Fly 2. Older phones have trouble to recognize newer apps So it finally worked 😀
In App you can switch between camera’s, a altitude hold sensor would have money better spent. Check the manual, it shows both cameras , thanks for watching

I have a few, the Walmart Netnew and the LYRC L900 from Bangood are both $99, just ordered a few more in that price range.

No, is the battery going dead or is it just not holding position? Are you doing a Gyro calibration evertime?

Is there an altitude hold? Where I can keep it in one spot on the air?
It has a sensor on the bottom to keep that helps hold its altitude but its not a GPS drone, does well to hold its postion except in the wind

That’s not a camera on the bottom it’s a sensor for gesture to help with landing and stability and with the ground level
