My apologies on asking this during a different review. I have the HS175. I bought a Samsung Tab S lite. It says it's not compatible with the V5 app. Is there another app that will work for my drone? Thanks in advance.

We can’t get ours to connect to the wifi. I turned it on. Connected to wifi on phone. Turned remote on and drone had slow blink green. Up down then to the bottom left. Blinks fast green but then goes solid green (not red). Any suggestions? We’ve tried a hundred different ways.

Its garbage....12 flights and mine killed a left front motor. I flew it right and kept it clean and boom, it falls to the ground. I had my hopes up for these cheaper drones, but im done now. My old dji phantom 3 standard is still flying high.... DJI mini, here I come. Some of these CZcamsrs fly these things a few times and call it good....be careful, it won't last.... It happened to me and it happened to others.....i didnt want to believe them, but i do now

Well after 14 great and perfect flights, my 360s bit the dust. I got it in the air, about 4 feet up and did my usual inspection before I flew a mission. I let it hover for a minute to check all signals stay and drone stays steady. After about 30 seconds of hover, it flips to the left and falls to the ground. I know it wasn't me, I barely touched the controls and no twigs were in sight. I had good gps signal. Nothing broke off so I did a restart and the left front motor does nothing, it's totally dead and must of completely failed in air. I did not think these motors would blow this fast, and/or whatever supplies the power to it. I treated my drone with care, always flew it right and kept clean...sooo... I'm disappointed....I have all apart now and gonna try and test that motor. Hmmm having second thoughts about anything not DJI now 😢

If you want an usable camera out of this just attach an SQ11 or SQ12 to the top. The holder that comes with those cameras can be screwed easily to the plastic. They add some weight, so expect a bit less fly time and the drone could be a bit more unstable. But even the cheapest drone I have bought (4€) seems to handle it fine. The hard part is to get a real Quelima SQ11/12 camera nowadays, or at least a decent clone. That's the real deal.

So, I have a question. If you’re out in the field making a video. How do you use the app so you can look at your phone to see exactly what your videoing without WiFi?

I like mine. The 360s controller seems more solid, but the camera is so much better. Especially the gimbal. I’m totally new, bought 3 drones never flew or operated any rc for any time. Played my whole life with various junk. This drone is so easy to fly, ya at landing or messing around stuff, I have polished the blades and then some. It’s tough, and even if I have to walk away it hold position at distance. I like the distance control with the controller. Phone died and home on the remote brought it in. Great drone for the price.

Controller for the HS 360s is much better it shows information without a phone.That HS900 controller is a step back in my opinion.

You said it has brushed motors?? are you sure they are not brushless motors?

There you go again turning it upside down. When the motor stops working are you going to replace it.

Why flip the drone over and put the pressure on the motors when all you had to do is just land it in your hand and keep pulling the stick down. I hate seeing that.

Probably the most thorough review of this drone on the Internet. I have a question: Do you think I'll be able to mount my Insta 360 Go 2 camera onto this drone (it's a very small camera weighing 30 gram). I then won't have to rely on the crappy camera that's built into the drone. Thank you!

10:35 mine doesn't show the map , and If you get disconnected you will not see the meters or anything because the app will freeze which happened to me and I was on line of sight but it returned home

I just bought one after watching your video, but then as soon as it takes off it goes straight to the wall and I can control it, soon then it shuts itself off. maybe I missed something?

Everyone the new models of the D 50 no longer have the SD card hidden where you have to cut and modify the drone to even use which the sd also having the SD card gives you true 1080p plus when using SD also the antenna has been moved so it doesnt snap off easy it was right by battery and sd card and broke easily so the newer d50s not sure how long ago they fixed it but being most these videos and comments are 3 years old its probably rare to find these drones with out the new design im sure they fixed all issues after the first run was built and pit out for sure get the newer model as they are much easier as everything is ready and built right and you dont have to ruin your new toy day one just saying

The camera is able to be moved using joystick it doesn't have any more then 90 degrees up and down movement it doesn't have a 360 degree horizontal rotation or 360 degree vertical rotation but just to have some control even just 90 degrees at this price point if you use the SD card you will get true 1080 plus pictures
