Thank you live law and madam .
Also arrange lectures of expert Prosecutors. In fact with type of criminal justice system which we have in our country it is the prosecutor who needs skill of properly strategying the prosecution as well as knowing the law properly.
Don't keep lecture for more than one hour. In case the subject require so, divide it in two parts.
The idea of having practitioner series is very unique . Because we those advocates who practice in trial court or District court are more interested in learning nitty gritty s of advocacy in those courts rather than issues which are dealt in supreme court. Once again many thanks to learned madam. with your flawless style of explaining the intricacies of law, it was a pleasure to watch this session.

Thank you ma'am for such a candid and meaningful lecture. You truly hold the status of senior lawyer. I have heard several judges' lectures but really knowledge is one thing and delivering of another thing. Such a lecture really make the whole lawyer community a unique one sans any parallel. Once again..... a tons of thanks for publicly upholding the status of senior lawyer/lawyer.

Madam I have been facing a false case which is purely civil but converted into criminal .For which my family members executed agreements for sale of flats and without completing the transaction makes a false statement files a criminal complaint after 12 years alleging full consideration of 5.5 crores being paid in cash
All my family members are very senior citizen 90+
Only dates are being given even though while taking anticipatory bail where the sessions judge directed that permanent bail be granted as cash evidence is not corraborated .This is a normal procedure being followed by unscrupulous complainants by using police for extortion pl guide
