great operator?? This guy is terrible. He is turning full 180° to load, he is digging himself onto an island and he is dropping shit all over the place. Not to mention making trucks wait. Any one experienced would out load him in a 336
Tony Pauls i myself would assume that he is turning so far is because he has to bench himself a way as he is loading out. You can't always have everything the easy way. myself i like things to be a little different from time to time. Thats what makes the operator is being able to handle any situation that comes to you and doing it with confidence . Anyone can do the same ole same ole day after day. The challenge is what makes it all worth it for me. And knowing that No matter the situation i can handle it .. thats what it takes to be a great operator in my opinion
