What rod/reel wt did you use? Also, did you use a straight mono leader? 11lb mono?
Great questions! We went back and forth between a 6 and 8 weight. The 8 weight had a sinking tip and the six weight did not. The 6 weight threw smaller flies and the 8 weight threw some bigger ones. I'm pretty sure we used straight 8 pound fluorocarbon leaders on both rods. The water was really clear so the fluorocarbon was necessary. Any other questions?
