    Hi Hani, I learned cookies decoration (and to make the cookie it self) watching your CZcams channel. I just decorate cookies for my grandchildren's birthdays and Christmas. I love to do it, and they look pretty nice. But the icing consistency is always a struggle. Hope that some day I'll have the amazing ability you have. Thanks for the inspiration.

    So glad you posted this again!! Where do you get that small purple texture spreader? Is it on your list in the description? I love when you put in your little dot of highlights. I'm all thumbs when I do it. With all the consistencies, you must go through tons of bags. LOL.

    Thank you for taking your time to explain the consistencies. I love your work. I use your recipes since 2 years ago and little by little I push my self to try new things. I don't have a business just bake as a hobbie for family and friends. Anyways, lately, I have been getting lots of air blubbles in the icing and some I can't even get them out of the cookies and they show when the cookies are dried. Any tips? Thank you!

    I've learnt a lot from you Hani. Thank you 💖.. when I decorate my cookies with RI, the icing layer seems to be so soft that I can't draw using a marker, it looks like a carving than a drawing. Any clue why it happens and any tips to avoid that?

    i love this video! btw, when you are flooding is the outline and the flood you are doing the same bag? or do you use two different bags sith different consistencies? i ask because youseem to be able to get so much more out when you flood. again, thank you for making this video!

    Thank you for explaining about consistency! When you make Royal icing, do you have to use it all the same day? Is there a way to store it to use over a few days? Thanks!

      Hello Annette, royal icing made with meringue keeps for a while. I like to store mine in the fridge as it doesn't separate as quickly, for up to a month. You can store it on the kitchen counter as well. And you can also freeze royal icing.

    How long did you let the black icing dry before putting on the white and what “seconds” icing did you use for the soccer ball? That’s the exact cookie I’m trying to make!

    Thanks for sharing this video. You’re very artistic. When. You wait in between drying times, won’t the cookies eventually get too hard and no longer fresh being exposed in air?

    I've been having trouble getting my icing to be as full & vibrant color as I would like. I'm using Wilton gel colors & I'm just wondering if these might not be the right gels to be using to obtain the full vibrant color I'm trying to obtain. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    will you share where you found your small mixing bowls for the icing? They look like silicone. I looked at your resource page but didn’t see those listed. I did a quick search on Amazon but could not find them. Thanks for all the work you put into this video.

      Hi Maria actually they are from a dollar store, I got them years ago. I'm looking for something similar as they are absolutely fantastic. I love how flexible they are.

    I have to try using a tape sealer!
    But the downside would be that it would be hard to adjust the tape, right?

      Thanks Miki. You can peel it off if you need to. I didn't have to do that yet. It is especially useful when bagging a log of bags for classes. I bagged 150 bags, tying them with a rubber band and that was it for me. I switched to a tape sealer and never looked back

      HI Heather, I'm using one consistency to outline and flood. When I flood I put more pressure onto the piping bag and therefore more icing is coming out, making it appear like a different bag. Hope that helps.

      Hello, it's hard to say without seeing how you are flooding a cookie. Try not to add too much icing on the edge.

      Hello, when using stencils with royal icing, I'd recommend using thicker icing. What exactly is your problem? Can you explain it? Thanks

      You need about 360 grams (12 oz.) to ice 12 medium size cookies (3-3.25 inches across).
