Hey man watch out with painting that exhaust if you aren’t using high temp paint it could bubble up or catch on fire if it gets to hot, but love the vid man it’s great👍🏽!

Looks sick ! Just some advice anytime you have a crack in the plastics or Fearing you can drill holes along the crack and use a piece of electrical wire to make it look like some stitches just for some accent for instance that big crack black 12 gauge or 14 gauge electrical wire wouldn’t look bad as long as u tie it on the back side of the crack ! 🤷♂️
Tword the end you got that gun down a lil better and it went way smoother. Looks like it’s meant for up down sprays not side to side. The underneath of the fenders painted so smooth nice thick lines
Yeah it did, that bigger air compressor really helped. That’s my first time using a spray gun actually, I’m pretty satisfied with how it turned out!

I’ll give the paint job a 2-10, all ways paint in the same direction and the gun needed to be adjusted for a wider spray Angle

I actually did toss a carb on and it runs perfect! I can just fire it up whenever I want and shred it through the neighborhood

Mate your battery is charging whilst you ride the bike the stator is what sends the current to get spark which leads to your volvoltage regulator/rectifier and charges the battery
they probably know that already

Next time you paint the frame make sure to sand it down with a wire brush attached to a angle grinder or something otherwise you end up with the rust coming back good job though keep up the work

I think that battery might still be good and it just isn't charged that battery charger lied to you! I recommend a sla battery float trickle charger which you can buy online it'll take a couple hours to charge. Good video tho 👍

I was bout to say you need more air. And when you see people spray with guns like that the reason they go over twice per pass is half trigger using mainly air to flatten out the drips. I paint cars. First pass is paint second is to even it out and most a little to carry over the next pass. The knob in the back of the gun controls air and the one on the side is paint. Do a little more air and less paint next time and it will be 100% flawless. But overall good job.

A good way to make money on ATVS and get the most bang for your buck on the flips is the fact that the little things go along way man, I still see a bunch of rust all over that thing, a lot of people in this hobby look real close at fine details like that, you pretty much just polished a turd in the eyes of the buyer, all the rusted chrome you can take a wire brush to and it will clean right up, pulling a motor on those tiny quads it’s not hard at all, it wouldn’t of been too hard to pull the motor and repaint the frame real quick, but either way you did a good job for a budget flip, I’m just a very detail oriented guy and I’m just saying if you were going to sell that it’s still needs a good bit of work.

I know... that and the paint wasn’t thinned at all so it came out super thick...
And good luck.
Check your silanode.& the carburetor float is sticking in the blow. I'd clean the carburetor out good on it to.& add some WD-40 into your fuel. Try some true FUEL mixed with cycle oil with oil stabilizer in the 2 cycle motor oil.
The little symbol should have went up on the bar Shield and the Yamaha racing decals should’ve went on the tips on the back fenders so looking from the back you would see Yamaha racing the raptor decals should’ve went on the sides of the tanks and the Yamaha should’ve went down on the bottom or you was trying to put the raptor
Then watch the power it releases after changing that silanode.& cleaning out the carburetor to along with using those fuels.& additives as peak profourmance outcomes.
It’s such a low performance engine I don’t think fuel additives would help all that much and buying a new carb was more worth it than cleaning the old corroded one as it was only $14
Next time thin your paint a little with mineral spirts. It will spry way better. But it does look way better than it did good job
Wal-mart sales WD-40 in gallon cans. Boat fuel is the same as using true FUEL to. You add the rest into yourself. Such oil into the oil injection tank.,or if it doesn't have one on it. Then just premix everything in ⛽ gasoline can. Pour into fuel tank.

I bought it off Facebook Marketplace! It was at a recycling center (the dump) and I paid the guy $50 right before they crushed it

It could be a starter solenoid that you have to replace
It ended up being the starter, the solenoid still works perfect! Quad fires right up whenever I want it to after months of sitting!
