I think based on the financial, uh, ✨️troubles✨️ they have gotten themselves into in the past, this applies to the ACE family couple. I don't think they can afford to get divorced, even if they want to.

So, for instance, if the divorce decree states that he or she is to carry insurance for their children, or it lays out a custody arrangement, the decree would be sealed and only the parties involved would have access to it. But, it used to be just NY with those laws, but that was years ago.

California has Confidential Marriage Licenses. Divorces are always public record, even if all of the details are sealed, but marriages can be hidden from the regular court records.

California has Confidential Marriage Licenses. Divorces are always public record, even if all of the details are sealed, but marriages can be hidden from the regular court records.
i can’t wait for the day people stop talking about these parasites 😭 i’ve always believe catherine is just as involved as austin in their schemes and has had her own (she had a perfume or skincare line too at some point?), it’s just that austin is so much more outwardly repulsive so he gets credited the most. she was right beside him and cosigned all their scams, all their clickbaiting, and every instance they exploited their children for financial gain. no doubt in my mind this is another one of their shared scams.

Their main fan base are children and young adults that don’t understand the process or concept of divorce. Marriage license and divorce docs are public docs so no one being able to produce those docs says a lot. When going thru a divorce, no one acts like this and being on amicable terms like they are. It’s another scam that folks are falling for so I don’t feel bad for those that believe it because they have been lying for years to their fans.
I will say that in Cali, you can get a confidential marriage license-meaning the only people who can access the license are the couple themselves. I have no idea how this impacts divorce filings though.
