I am not in support of the slaps but this is not a true case of bullying. I watched the videos and listened to the audio. We should be listening or looking out for details before judging cases.
While she was slapping the girl, she asked her who broke my heart meaning the girl been slapped might have been gossiping about "the bully" which is evident in the boy in the video's hand gesture, showing someone who gossips.
The slapped girl wasn't afraid of the bully, she was afraid of the teachers and her parents knowing she was gossiping about relationship in secondary school which is even a punishable offence.
Can she go home and tell her parents that she was been bullied for going around the class saying a guy broke a girl's heart?
