The little girl was obviously fascinated by the guard and was quietly looking at him while her grandmother kept an eye on her. There’s no time limit on looking and she wasn’t in anyone’s way. If she had been too close, too long, or done anything against the rules the guard or the police wouldn’t have been slow to point it out. If all visitors to Horse Guards behaved as well as she did there would be no problems (and the videos would be quite boring).

It's not a circus! People should be stopped from making it one. No dressing up in costumes that have nothing to do the location they are in. No crosses on wheels either. The music is too loud and the shouting is too. Those horses are trained well, but they shouldn't be expected to put up with that nonsense. Neither should the troopers!
Couldn’t quite make out what the guy in the wheelchair had written in on his back or what he was doing there, his cap badge would suggest he was possibly a former member of the Household Cavalry.
These ignorant tourists are treating the guards as exhibition props. The only one to acknowledge and give thanks was the disabled soldier. I wonder just how many thanks one of these guards get during a shift.
Student groups should have one adult/teacher for every 5 students. Kids in groups turn into adolescent chimps. No control unless they've got an adult within reach - not within _sight_, within _REACH_.

There's always some sort of demonstration, marches or protests going past, the majority of the time the horses are ok with it.
