How can a billion dollar company continually put out such a broken product? It’s like they don’t even test what they’re putting out! Smaller independent studios do a better job. It’s like they know people will still give them money regardless. It’s sad!
When Microsoft acquired the property, they let go all of the existing QA staff.
Everything before this is fact, and from here on is my opinion:
I think Microsoft probably switched QA to be in house, and/or they have barely anyone doing QA so they can squeeze every last dollar out of the budget. I'd combine this with what is likely a team as small as possible (from the perspective of Microsoft) that has just enough time to meet the deadlines for releasing content and probably little, if any, time to spare.
How? Bc rubes keep buying it. Why fix it if y'all kee buying it?
@@zeroshadowzs there are significantly less performance issues and bugs since the acquisition than there were in all iterations of WZ before the acquisition. Editing this to be clear, not defending the mistakes now or from the past, just saying your hypothesis about the acquisition being such a factor seems like it might not be the root cause.
I noticed if there is loot in front of me, even if I hold x instead of tap, it won’t let me reload. Only picks up the loot. Didn’t used to be like that. And sometimes chests are completely silent.
This combined with reload glitch makes the game unplayable.
Theres also an issue with reloading near loot on the ground it just picks up more ammo even though im holding down square and have it set to prioritize it
Glad I'm not going crazy. I even checked to see if my setting for reload/loot prioritisation had reset.

Three huge glitches last night: couldn't reload, my reinforcement flare was invisible & no audio or smoke, just my hand in the air, I went back in the room thinking I didn't pick it up but my teammate was confused & said you used it I'm back! And at end game trying to reload it kept opening up my backpack, I couldn't even move with the backpack open. And yes, I lost. :( Very stressful.
They just wanted us to remember what playing mw2 was like, 0 movement. That way when they give us a fraction of it back it feels God tier. This is my nightmare!!!
Yep. Meanwhile the store works flawlessly year round. Why would I buy a ps5 or pc to play cod. When on the ps4 we have to download 32gbs, then 14GB for each content pack(4 of them) to play WZ then I get on and can’t reload while sprinting 😭😭

The rival 9 conversion kit during the ram 7 meta was a great option for long range , now with all of the nerfs we witnessed rival 9 must be long range meta
I just made a change to the settings for now. I changed auto tac sprint to auto sprint and doing that stop the reload cancel, otherwise I have to stand in one spot to reload which was getting me smoked constantly
With this patch note, they show they can nerf/buff weapons any time they want. So all that time that was only SOA+HRM, could’ve been shortened… I wish they would buff some stuff, all this nerfs feels like it’s impossible to not hand hold like everyone else is smh
I set from auto tactical sprint to auto Sprint only and got absolutely no problems. I always push my stick for tactocal Sprint but can ez Reload every time

theres also something weird going on with the deadzones/sens since the update which is making my aim feel inconsistent my max left stick deadzone is set to 99 but its threshold is feeling like its set way lower then that

wsp9 is fun, but less forgiving. wsp9 - zehmn, reckless long barrel, 50 round, dr6, nydar

I don't see a ton of people using the lsw for the long range, but it is definitely strongly in the meta convo. It feels very similar to the bruen.

I've always played "sprint cancels reload" so i really haven't Even noticed it lol. I'm so used to going prone and hiding like a scared deer to reload so I'm all good 😂

I've been running with the Akimbo WSP Stingers and the Striker 9 on Loaded Resurgence and its been great.

There's also a bug where every couple seconds it randomly switches from weapon to killstreak (airstrike/uav...). And it doesn't matter what i'm currently doing, it happens no matter what, while standing still, sprinting, aiming, firing...

I don't use auto tac sprint. never have. However I am still having issues with the reloading system plus all the other issues causing my game sense to be off such as audio bugs.
I think this entire engine is just not working properly. They should just scrap everything and start from the bottom up imo. The amount of bugs and gameplay issues this update introduced is just crazy. It's basically unplayable now, especially with the constant lag spikes
Agreed, never had this many problems with me lagging on the older engine, should of stuck with that but noooope gotta ruin everything
That would basically mean you'd see the new engine in like 2027, maybe 2026.
engines for games like CoD don't fall from the sky, they take years to build. also new engine doesn't solve anything if it's made by the same people using the same practices such as lack of proper testing.

Before the update, everyone except PC players were lagging for like 5 days straight
They need to fix the jak warden ammo in warzone. Damage on the slugs and ball ammo are way lower than intended. The ammo does the same as buckshot but with less pellet count. For comparison, in MP the slugs do 200 dmg to the head and 60 to the chest. In warzone it does 40 to the head and 30 to the chest. Must have been a typo and the buckshot dmg profile got accidently used.
Picking stuff up also seems slightly broken and inconsistent. Gotta love this

Switch auto tac sprint to just auto sprint. It doesn't change things that much.
is anyone else having the bug where a lot of audios just dont play? like reloading, opening crates, putting in armor, distant gunshots just dont have any audio.

@JGOD can you please confirm if mw2 snipers like the mcpr, fjx and victus can one shot with high velo ammo or high grain in the case of the victus ? Ive used them with high velocity instead of explosive ammo and 9/10 times the guy went down with one shot
I don't use auto tac sprint. This bug is not what people are describing. Devs should have rolled back whatever broke it, until they can properly fix.

I have an issue trying to reload while walking through loot. Something changed, and now it tries to pick up loot and swap guns instead of reloading

probably something related to their infrastructure. it's the same for every game, not just cod.
If a change requires a download it has to pass through XBOX and sony which allow it to go through on specific days. Other things like the store or even weapon tuning generally dont need that. Its case by case.

They reduce burst shot on SVA from 3 bullets to 2 .

If you hold the reload button, rather than pressing it, it stops the sprint from cancelling it.

sideways reload, flying leap reload, there are workarounds.
No need to turn off auto tac now, just hold the reload button on either input and itll continue the reload. Still annoying but something atleast

I'm pretty sure the only reason it happens is because of the changes they did to commando, and never tested with auto tac on, and they think it's caused by something else

Yep, unfortunately that's going to feel pretty awful to do mid-fight if you don't play claw and don't have reload on a paddle.

They don't actually have to wait for a specific day of the week they could release the fix right now if they wanted to it's just pushing it onto the servers lefts face it if this was a bug that allowed us to get items from the shop for free this would be fixed already
