This was a great video. I would like to see more techniques you might do to prepare for connecting with spirit or being able to see or hear them. Is it something you have to open or turn on in a certain way? How do you train yourself to have more experiences across the veil.

I am confused. How should my hearing go down the way into my heart space? Did I miss something?

Thanks for watching the video. The intent for the meditation is to awaken our higher sense perceptions by bringing our awareness to the soul at the level of the heart center. The heart space is a powerful place to connect with our inner self. By inviting our sight, hearing, taste, etc. to express through the heart, the intent is to activate our soul's higher sight (clairvoyance), higher hearing (clairaudience), etc. I hope that makes sense.

It’s not your “hearing” from a physical sensing perspective. It’s your spiritual hearing, like for example telepathy.
