The best line ever on Sanford and son was Rollo says why you treat me like a Criminal Mr. Sanford And Fred Says because I want you to feel at home. Lol
Funny!!!
those snow covered mountains at 03:34 look amazing!
Yes, they caught my eye.
Thanks for the look around. A couple of people I knew are interned there. Very beautifully maintained. It makes me proud we do this for our veterans.
Thank you. Part II should be up next Sunday.
Very big of you,Dave...I've been a pallbearer for quite a few relatives and friends....I consider that a great honor to be asked to do that.
Thank you, friend.
My condolences on your neighborhood. I'm glad you could serve as a pallbearer
Thank you.
My father is buried there,Adolfo Salcedo,Us Navy,Korea,i miss him everyday 🙏🏼Rest in paradise to all those who are interred there!
Thank you. May God Bless Him for his service to our country.
It’s amazing how quickly national cemeteries can get folks buried. And the lawns are always immaculate. Thanks for showing the lesser known stars of Hollywood. They need to be remembered just as well.
I agree completely.
Sorry for the loss of your friend. This was truly an appropriate start to this video. May Helen RIP.
Thanks Dan. I wasn't sure how it would go over.
All veterans deserve respect thank u for fighting for our rights ❤god bless you all ❤😊u all deserve the best life has to.offer u earned it god bless once again ❤😊
Indeed!
Oh Dave the Riverside Cemetery is Beautiful. I would like to Thank The Veterans for their services. I'm so sorry to hear about your Friend, Ms. Helen Rip. My Condolence to her Family, Wonderful of you Dave to be her pallbearer. Yes Dave I remember Mr. Nathaniel Taylor as Rollo, Funniest TV show Sanford and Son. And Abel Fernandez in the Untouchable series, Loved that Show. Good to see you again, Dave looking forward to your next video. Rip to the Stars❤
Hey Jill! Thanks and have a nice week.
We should all be lucky enough to live until 93 and have you for a neighbor.
Great video, as always! Really love when you add those clips. You put so much effort into all your videos.
Thank you. I put clips in every grave stop but utube sometimes makes me remove.
Diamond Dave.... as always a well researched and professionally presented video. Thank you for taking us on a tour of a military cemetery. My son just retired after serving 29 years in the Army.
Thank you and congrats to your son.
Thank you for the tour. There is a grave down at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. It,s unique because the tombstone is large and lists three men.One is an officer, and the other two enlisted.I no clue how they died, but it was a date like I think 1944.Definetly WW2 era.Thoughtbit old they were buried together like that.Maybe they died in a bomber crash, or they were killed in a car accident hard to say.Next time I go down there to visit my parents, will look for the tombstone and try to write the information down
Good info. Let me know!@@hildahilpert5018
Sorry For the loss of the sweet neighbor…..Your videos are the best….. Rollo was so good on Sanford and Son……A while back I was watching a video about him…. He and Red Fox were best friends……👍🙋🏻♀️
Thank you. I heard the same.
My dad going to rest there next week. Funny, joyful man who used to joke that there won't be a spot for him when he goes.
AHHHH. God Bless.
Fascinating how the cemetery constructs new sections. 🤔
And they do it FAST!
Sorry about your neighbor. RIP Helen Fisher. Great video...great mentions.
Thank you.
I'm a Vet and get up in Riverside, where I joined the Military. Where I did most of my service overseas my last duty station was March Air Force Base; which was great to be serving right at home. I will too be buried at Riverside National Cemetery along with my sister.
I hope people remember not only for my Military service but my service in the entertainment business.
Thank you for your service.

Sorry to hear about your neighbor, Dave. It’s never easy losing friends. I was happy that you highlighted John Agar because I got to meet him in the 1990s at a film festival in Sonora California. One last note, was that really the voice of Tommy Butch Bond? It seems like they dubbed in some adult voice. Very odd.
I agree. That was not the voice of Tommy Bond.
Thank you. I enjoy your channel. Not sure if it was Tommy's voice.
Probably right.
I really enjoy your videos Dave. Congratulations on the success of your channel. And my deepest condolences on the loss of your dear friend Helen.🙏🕊⚘️
You are a kind person. Thanks a million!
I only came here to say im from the Midwest but last year this time i visited LA/Palmdale and IT WAS COLD AND WINDY 😂😂😂 and i live in the windy city! I love these videos and it was soooo nice to see you honor your neighbor and the fact she was a subscriber too is awesome! Like the cherry on top! Thank you for these❤
Thanks for viewing a leaving pleasant comments,
@@famousgraveswithdiamonddave Thank YOU. I watch hours and hours of these videos. Its morbidly fascinating. Plus im a history nerd❤️
@@tombstonetea Glad you include mine. I editing a pretty good one now for Sunday. I was at Hollywood Hills.
I dont know why you dubbed Butche's voice in that clip, but I remember that scene. Butch was one of my favorite characters on The Little Rascals. Thanks for posting it. Have a blessed weekend everyone
I didn't dub. I can't talk this way. I got the clip from online. Thanks for viewing.
DD, that air sure is clear! cold days really help. We often think of the actors only as actors and not war heroes. America was at it's finest then, never again sadly. BTW whenever I see you on Spa guy's channel it's like seeing Arnold Zwiffel and Mr Ed together, it actually happened one time.
Thanks friend. And good point about military service. A horse of course I am!
This is a beautiful cemetery 👍
:)
My grandpa and grandma are there he was a wii captain thx for thes videos ❤😊
Much respect!
Rest in peace Helen. Cool video Dave , thanks.
Thanks a million!
@@famousgraveswithdiamonddave Thank you too!
We enjoy your videos and hope you'll continue to grow the channel. We've been subscribers for some time now (more than a year now). Our favorites are the ones of celebrities and historical figures. Not really into the murders and such, but you don't have a lot of those. You're always so pleasant and respectful toward those you feature. Thanks so much. May Christ bless and save you. Pastor Jim and Marsha Moore - Kokomo, IN
Hi Pastor and Marsha. I know the Lord and have accepted Him as my Savior. Thanks for supporting the channel. I worked for Collins United Van Lines while going to school there in Kokomo. I'm from Lafayette.
That is a beautiful cemetery well taken care of ❤❤❤
Yes it is!
So sorry for your loss Dave
Thanks.
Good to see Agar
Good to hear.
Rest In Peace Helen 🙏🏼🌹
Thank you. She was a great neighbor.
Hi, Dave: Were you in the military? I like watching John Agar in Tarantula. I have the movie, and I watch it when I want to relax. I'm sorry about your neighbor passing away. Thanks again for the videos.
Hi friend. I was in the reserves. Thanks for watching faithfully and leaving comments.
Love your channel and also not sure if you have yet would be sweet if you did a video visiting the grave of Patrick Swayze
Thank you! One of these days!
I really enjoyed the video
Much obliged!
Excellent Video!
Glad you liked it!
@@famousgraveswithdiamonddave Absolutely!
I saw Logan’s Run on DVD and once when went on TV in 1977 or 78 while back in the Midwest. I even have the directors cut if it with scenes you didn’t see in the original movie in 1976. In 1978 there was even a tv series called “Logan’s Run” that I have on DVD where it had Gregory Harrison as Logan, Heather Menzies as Jessica, Heather Menzies is the real life wife of actor Robert Urich, both are laid to rest at a church yard outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦. They owned a summer home in the area they are laid to rest at. Both of them are Canadians by birth as they were born in Canada.
As for Tommy Bond who was the Bully Butch in the Our Gang: Little Rascals movie shorts, he was living and working in Fresno, California for a long time as a studio engineer for KFSN-TV Channel 30, the ABC Station in Fresno, California and that is also the place where he retired from. He even said in an interview before he died that he and Alfalfa, Carl Schweitzer were really good friends off camera and Alfalfa was in behavior the worst of them all off camera. I suppose Tommy Bond’s final wishes were to be put there or it was pre planned ahead of time. Carl Schweitzer is at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, just check with the office when you get there as they are getting touchy about anyone filming any video, as I suppose some people are using it to put that cemetery that is also a state of California National Landmark for its Hollywood History in a bad, negative way to discredit and slander the place. The place is also where Judy Garland is now as her children and grandchildren had her moved there in 2017, plus Micky Rooney, Burt Reynolds, and more past stars are there too.
Good info as always!
As a kid I would be glued to the TV as I never missed a episode of Logan's Run , due to being a Car Nut and seeing the Sandman's Car ( designed by Giugaro ) along with Logan's Chariot which was solar powered , both had features that are only now bridging the gap of Science Fiction to Commercial fact .
Nice memories. @@garycorbin2789
Love your videos....very respectful.
Glad you like them!
Hey Dave, another very interesting and informative video. Im subscribes on my other channel and have been following you for quite some time.
I understand how difficult it can be to get subscribers.....ive been trying for years and it's tough! Take Care and maybe one day I'll run into you when I doing one of my videos. Randy
Hi Randy, I just subbed to yours thanks!
Rest in peace Hellen
Thank you.
Hey Dave🎥
Hi Gary. Thanks for watching.
Don't forget Woody Strode
Good ole Woodrow!
Sorry about your neighbor Helen. I see all the headstones are the same & have a number on the top right of them. Just sent you a friend request. 🙂
Thank you. It makes it much easier to find locations with numbers on them. Cuts time in half.
