Great stuff and a reminder of what we lose in the west by not being taught any eastern wisdom, especially Buddhism which has freedom from desire at its core. It will also be interesting to see how eastern countries like China, which unleashed material desire a generation ago, change as a result.

Lewis, I was rewatching your interview with Eric Jorgensen when this popped on my screen. It was like y lucky day! Now my book list is set for the year. LB is so right on! I wish I had a group of friends that loved such enriching conversations that you are so fortunate to have with such brilliant people. I still can’t believe you just turned 25, happy belated! When My husband and I first started the spa business it was so fun and freeing. Then the review system came and it just crushes your soul. Our spa has always been fun, and breezy. Now we do everything we can to maintain our 5 stars. Some people love the family feel, but others want a more reserved spa experience. LB has definitely tapped into something we are all feeling. Older and especially the young. However you have an amazing future ahead of you. As always stay great!!

Thank you, Grace 🥳 It’s so interesting to hear as a business owner that this resonates with you! I hope you can continue to have as much fun with it now as you did when you opened! It sounds amazing and hopefully one day on our travels, Joe & I can check it out for ourselves! I’m sure with you at the helm, it’s a great experience!
Thank you as always for tuning in. It means the world 😊

That is one major claim, which is only very, very partially true, but exaggerated out of all realistic proportion
