So cute Julia, and your demonstrations are so clear and easy to follow. I am sure you inspire so many people to try new things. You're generous with sharing your ideas, and I have watched your numbers grow for years. Just a little odd note, I grew up in England and "reverse applique" used to be called deplique. Reverse applique makes more sense though but did make me smile and remember my exam sample had lace, hand stitched with a buttonhole stitch then trimmed out but without any raw edges of course:) Happy New Year...

Hi Julia , you are the one inspired me falling love in free motion Applique. I love all your work and enjoy your videos very much,after 2 years watching, I decided to try it. But the thread is keeping break and sometimes the needle is band,looks really scary 😮. I feel like the tiny glue on the heat bond gets sticking to the needle. I don’t know what is causing that. The same needle same thread, only have breaks problem with free motion foot. If I changed other foot, everything will be fine. I hope you can talk about trouble shooting in your videos one day. Thank you!
