Ghana has not had any project in over 10 years. It's just a hire and fire rondo, no project since the late Ben Koffie's five year development plan which ended somewhere 2005 that culminated in our FIFA U-20 win
Even statistically and aesthetically, Ghana had been 2nd best in every game this Afcon. The GFA has had poor planning, Chris Hughton is completely out of his depth and most of the players are a joke.
As a Ghanaian, I think it's not just the management team that needs to change. Our entire football association needs to be dissolved
