Remember that you are like no one else and what you have to contribute to the plant conversation is special and yours alone. I enjoy your content because it is real and from your heart.
Self care & family care is far more important than creating content for CZcams. Never apologize for that & it's wonderful that you have taken time for yourself. Having said that, I enjoy your videos. post whenever you feel you can. 💚
Hi Stacey, great to see you again. Do what you have to do for yourself and your family, that is so important. Your green thumb amazes me. I have had dischidias and Hoyas and a lot have died on me. Always look forward to your posts. Have a wonderful week. 🌻
So glad you're taking some time for yourself and your family! We love to see your uploads, but it's important to take care of yourself first. :) Thanks for giving us a share of your time.
You certainly don’t need to apologize for taking some time off for yourself. I’ve always loved your videos and I will continue to love them. So happy to see you back 💚
First video that I have watched. I love your Instagram feed. I have been following you there for a few months. You and your family are precious! You are doing great. ❤
Love all the beautiful plants as always. Upload a video when you can. You should have a good plant-life balance 😊You got the BEST supporter group, the PLANT COMMUNITY. Looking forward to your next vid🪴🪴
Come think of it, I have started watching your videos since 2019, having me being not a plant person at all, I am so grateful to tell u, thank you for making these videos for making things different! 🥰 So coincidently, your videos has help me pull through those times when I lost my dearest Oddie😢 Your CZcams videos has accompanied me along the way. As I couldn’t put myself to walk another dog, I adopted a kitten in 2020 when she was 1.5 months old. Now Hana is coming to 3 years old soon. It’s really amazing watching your videos and getting to know your new home with your baby boy! I have been watching your past videos, to recall the Hoyas that you have🥰
I absolutely love dischidias you have the most amazing ovata of them all. Thank you for being so special, you remind me of why I love plants so much. I’m always so happy to see your content regardless of anything I have a baby almost same age as yours and I know how difficult sometimes things can be when you feel like everything and everyone is in need of our attention. 💚💞
Fun collection. I have that Dischidia latenses that I got from Steve’s Leaves but he calls it bengalenses or some such. Identical weird looking plant. Two little propeller leaves side by side. I love it.
That particular Dischidia has so many different names. Sometimes I wonder if I have the correct name or not but it was sold to me as a Dischidia Lanceolata.
Stacyyyy, we are here for the long haul! I couldn't help but laugh when you mentioned others watching your old videos... I'm so guilty of that! Your videos are so relaxing that I literally rewatch videos at night to help me fall asleep!! I love your collection, choice of background music & soothing voice! You're genuinely my favorite channel to watch! If I decide to ever create a channel, it would be inspired by you! Happy to see a new video, but no pressure to feel like you have to be on a set schedule to keep followers! In this community, there are very few who put out such calming, yet intriguing videos! Sending love & light from FL ✨️❤️🌿
Thank you so much for such a sweet comment!! ❤️ this truly means so much for me. Thank you for sticking around and it makes me so happy to hear that even my old videos are still being enjoyed.
My dishidia ovata had thin leaves when it was in soil and when I moved it to pon it started growing plumper, thicker leaves, because it had access to water at all times.
Good for you. I think you are awesome. You have your priorities right and I applaud you for that. Family comes first. You are my favorite, I get excited when I see a video from you. You have been a real inspiration to me with my plants. I am a plant mom as well, 128 my last count. God bless you and when ever you post I will be thankful. Charlene, Hilton, NY
I'm always so excited to see that you've posted a video no matter how long it's been 🥰 I can tell that your passion was rekindled in taking a little time to look at these plants and I love that. Beautiful plants and aesthetic as always! Also I absolutely love your chubby ovata lol. Mine is skinny and I'm like what do I need to do to fatten you up! 🤣
Thank you! I couldn't have worded it better - my passion was definitely rekindled after taking some time off. Haha it's Winter soon, time to fatten those Ovata up! I wish I could tell you what the secret is too!
Love all the dischidias! So cute. I only have one, but love looking at it since it looks kinda funky but cute. No worries about taking time off, we all need time off of social media. Family is def more important❤
My dischidia ovata looks the same with the leaves holding alot of water and not having as pronounced patterns on some of the leaves. I thought was doing something wrong even though it's been my easiest care plant. Mine is no where near as long as yours but it's put out like 8-9 new vines since November! I didn't up pot it, but I did add some new soil so that might have helped.
Hi Stacy, please don't feel you need to apologize, you're a wife and mom and a daughter, that's a full plate right there. I totally enjoy all of your videos and will be here for the next one and all the others to come. We have to take care of ourselves first!! Love your collection, too!!
When my kids were little, I kept only a few houseplants and let my outdoor garden completely go unmanaged. It took several years for me to get back to it. So I get it! The good thing is now that my kids are grown and aren't around that much, I have my plants and garden to keep me company!
Funny story, I was actually thinking about how sad I would be when my baby won't want to be around me as much when he's older and has his own friends BUT then I was like.....well then I get to have more time with my plants again so not a total loss. 😆😂
My Dischidia ovata is dying. It is my favorite and I have no clue how to save it. Your collection is so beautiful. So happy every time I see a new video from you. It is hard to film when one has a baby. Life just gets super complicated so I appreciate it whenever you gift us a new one.
Thank you so so much! Life definitely gets complicated and unpredictable with a baby. Take cuttings of your Dischidia Ovata if you think it's dying. Save what you can!
I do have a Lori Lyn now because of first seeing it on your channel! Yours is so big and pretty...it has grown so much! Stacy yes we love your channel and your plants and we enjoy all you enjoy so you keep being you! We love you! Don't change :) love hoya and dischidia so much and I will never tire of looking or buying them either....our whishlist is never ending....I do need more of the little leaf hoya I have seen on your videos...I like those wild little leaf ones! Ok great favorites and thanks for sharing as always :)
I love your videos! You’ve helped my terracotta addiction lol if u ever sell cuttings pls let us know where to purchase. Thanks! Looking forward to your future videos, maybe a greenhouse review? 😅
When your dischidia die for no apparent reason, have you considered flat mites? There has been a lot if talk on CZcams about them recently. They love hoya and, I imagine, dischidia as well. One can only see them under at least 60x magnification or more. Treatment is sulfur fungicide.
Staccccceyyyyyyy!!!!🥰 I can't tell you how much I appreciate the sacrifice 🙏 bless you, bless you🥰 ❤ Yes...watching your videos is part of my bedtime routine...soooo relaxing and educational. Yessss repot video!!! I've learned sooo much about repotting by watching you🥰again thank you 😊 Super enjoy🥰
When you're ready to increase your Hoya collection to its former glory...let us know...I can send you cuttings. Cause of your past and present collection....my collection...well....🤣I have a Hoya debt to pay off🤣🤣🤣🤣But I love it...some people do their hair and nails all the time...I buy Hoyas🤣🤣🤣🤣
Love the pauciflora! I actually gave the Chinhungensis to a friend so I no longer have it but that is definitely one of the best small-leafed Hoyas I have collected.

Sadly I can't blame the death of my Dischidia on flat mites. It was purely my neglect that caused it to slowly die off. 😅

Love those small leaf hoyas & dischidias! They're so cute! Where did you get the pot the hoya kanyaku... is sitting in from? Love it! Dee, LI, NY
The pot is from a Korean potter called Atrium Pottery. You can find them on Instagram and Etsy. :)
@@mypetitegarden Thanks! Will look for them!
Hi Stacy. I love ur potting bench. Where did u get it from? Thx. Sylvia
Amazon! I have the exact one & another similar one linked in my Amazon store :)
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🥰
I bought a dischidia ovata after seeing yours but I can't get mine as thick and juicy as yours
I wish I can tell you what the secret is to getting them all plump but I honestly have no clue myself 😆😂.
I got mine from the Violet Barn and it looks like Stacey's plant. I got it last year, hopefully they are selling the same plant.
How often do you water your clay potted hoyas? I would loke to move my hoyas to all clay pots. Any tips?
I water most of my plants potted in terracotta about once a week sometimes twice a week depending on the weather.
