    Best teacher ever. Followed through his advice. Getting very good muscle gain with minimal weight and slower rep movement. Not taking any protein powder. Just eggs and chicken.

    I like how this guy describes things and proper form, like the video on bench press, he is right you do not need to bring the bar to touch the chest, that is putting strain on the shoulders, it should be level horizontally and also no need to arch your back, puts to much strain on lower back.

    Jeez, I wish I had seen this video 5-6 days ago. I actually had the injury he mentioned from the Preecher Curls from going all the way down I suppose. Thankfully most of the pain has gone away and now I know how to avoid further injury. I wish I could subscribe a second time!

    Great job on your videos. I really enjoy watching your videos because you know what your talking about and you are detailed with your explanations. From your details, I finally know what it means to squeeze at the top when doing curls. I always thought it meant to squeeze your forearm into your bicep, but from watching this video, I can tell I was wrong. Now I know that it means to squeeze(flex) your bicep without bringing your forearm in contact with your bicep. THANKS!!!

    Been lifting for 4 years, think I know them all, but after watching this, I know more. Thanks again Moji.
    Went for resting the arm during alternate bicep curl, and fully contracting till the bicep rest during preacher curl. Now I wont repeat the mistakes.

    Thank you, thank you! I actually did this workout today and followed your mentorship to a T, and I had an amazing burn and pump! I love your videos! I also noticed that the majority of gym rats are weight lifters rather than body builders. I would venture to say that 99% of the members do NOT know how to work out properly! ven some of the trainers don't know what you know and they're getting paid for it! Rip-off! There are also so many workout videos here on YouTuve, but yours is by far more educational and the best! ;-)

    This is the second video I've seen from you. What your talking about is common sense stuff. (to much weight, slow down, control, etc.) People need to be reminded of the basics. Very good video. I'm not even into weight training and I'm subscribing.

    Just got back to working out after an eight year absence. I always thought muscle had memory. Mine don't. I watched a couple of your vids and found I was performing some exercises incorrectly.     One of the finest and straight to the point techniques explained in this channel. If one would leave the word EGO outside the gym, this is something to be done actually to make sure the optimum results rather than only experimenting on supplement brands and calculating growth.
