Thank you so much for all the love you have given to our family and support you have shown me and this channel. When I was 25 I was scrolling through Facebook and saw that a box of baby chihuahuas had been abandoned by the train station here in my hometown. This little picture popped up when I opened the post and I told Ron (boyfriend at that time, now husband) that I was going to adopt him. I had never had a dog before and we already had Miss Ellie (Ron's rhodesian ridgeback). I went to this random store where they had these baby puppies sitting in a shower in the bath bathroom. It took be 8 hours to get approval to foster him since he was only a couple weeks old. I spent the entire day getting finger prints, background checks and paying the fee to take him home. The agreement was I would foster to adopt, I forget to mention while I was doing that, I saw some kittens come in, so I took them too. (why am I like this)... Anyway, We took baby Chuy home and he went everywhere with us. He spent his life running in the vineyards with Miss Ellie and sleeping, he was a regular at the winery, always sitting under the table hoping someone would drop food for him, as they often did. He was the reason I got into fostering animals. He expanded my heart and taught me patience. We love you so much Chuy and please give Miss Ellie a run for her money up there. She's been waiting for you. 💕

Hi Lauren. I'm not sure if you remember me I'm the one who was going through chemo while I was watching your videos. I wanted to stop by to let you know my update. I had breast cancer. I finished my chemo but it didn't work so i went under surgery to remove the tumor, radiation and reconstruction in October and have been healing since. I am 5 months cancer free!!! thank you for keeping me company in all my cancer treatment. You gave me motivation and a lot of people on here sent me wonderful prayers and thoughts. It meant so much to me. Thank you for being so amazing and allowing us into your home. Please don't stop uploading videos I know if you helped me in my cancer journey I'm pretty sure there are others out there.

I don't comment a whole lot on videos - but I was so moved and touched to reach out to you about your angel Chuy. You are blessed souls for loving him and taking such wonderful care of him. The ending to this video brought tears to my eyes for it is such a beautiful testament to his life with you. Sorry for little Chuy. What a loving home he had and I'm sure he gave you and your family lots of love back. I lost my Chi, Bella, in Aug. 2023 at 17 1/2 yrs. old and I miss her so much. I'm sorry for your loss! Our Chihuahua is around 16 1/2 and we got him when he was 7 ish. I wish he could live forever, but he's getting older, and while he's still running like the wind, he is slowing down in other areas. They are literally the BEST ! So loyal and loving!

Although it is a helping tool for children, I just love it for its beautiful sentiment. This community you have created is a very special one. I love "fall back" as well. I think the standard time offers more family time, with families coming home earlier and sitting down for dinner, unlike the daily light savings time, which has longer hours for after school sports, etc. In our house with three boys in sports, and a husband who is a farmer, dinner might have gotten served around 8:30-9:00 PM.😒

They were my sweet babies and my best friends. We recently adopted an older Siamese girl who was being passed by because of back leg problems. She is a wonderful, funny, very sweet girl.
