You have explained many big things in the video, but I just have one request, if you really have that much of knowledge and if whatever you are saying in your videos is true, then please share the link to your Upwork profile, or screenshots of your Upwork profile, and show all of us your winning ratios. Make sure, I am asking these questions on behalf of all your subscribers and we don't want to know your earnings on Upwork so you can hide those data. Just show examples of real winning bids that you have actually won. We all really appreciate that. Thank you.

So my question is: How would you adapt the tips and tricks you mention on this video for bidding as an agency? Would you link the agency member profile ( or not because its already there)

Unfortunately, a proposal will never be going to work if you don't have ratings, I tried the client side of Upwork, and usually, new or zero rating freelancers get filtered at the bottom. Most so LEGIT clients will only look for a freelancer with lots of jobs done and decent ratings. so if you are new to Upwork it would be challenging to even get a first client and most of them are scammers who are trying to scam you because you are new to the platform.
