    Good explanations but I don't think that was good idea to assume thst engine wasn't sending water from telltale at the first attempt because the old impeller was very stiff.
    I have some questions for you.
    Did you mean that water came out from telltale instantly without thermostats opening after water got hot enough to opening at least one of the two thermostats?
    From the waterflow diagram water wouldn't come out telltale until one of the two thermostats start opening.
    What about poppet valve?
    How do you know that it was properly closed at low rpm and started opening when there was enough water preassure from the water pump working above 1500 rpm as Mercury explains in the manual?
    Are you measuring water pressure values across the a bit over 600 to almost 6000 rpm range somehow?

      @@josemariatrueba4568 I appreciate your comments thank you for reaching out. The next video will show the motor running with new poppet valve and thermostats and water flow testing as well as weary flow through the air pump. Next I will get into the air pump!
