IPV6 Redistribution issues2

In the below architecture R1 configured RIPng as a Routing Protocol.
R3 Configured OSPF3 as a Routing protocol and border router R2 capable of redistributing between RIPng and OSPfv3
PC1 connected to R1 and PC2 connected to R3
For some reason PC1 not able to reach PC2
