- I wanted to share all the footage I took during the Her’s concert March 26, 2019 in Phoenix. Only hours after the concert, the band and their tour manager lost their lives in a devastating crash on I-10. This was the first time I had seen them live. They had great passion for the music and it was obvious they had a strong friendship. They really connected with the crowd and I hope everyone who watches this gets a sense of the atmosphere and talent of Stephen and Audun. The Undercover Dream Lovers opened and they put on an amazing show as well!

Your not alone, I’ve never felt so sad to lose someone I’ve never met. It’s truly heartbreaking.
knowing the horrid nature in which they passed away, and knowing it wasn’t even their fault is what hurts the most..
I was there man. I had the opportunity to meet them before their performance. My friend and I were literally the only ones that stopped and said hello. Such a lovely memory we had with them. Even got to take pictures with them. Knowing this was the last show before their tragic accident breaks my heart. May their souls rest forever. Thanks for uploading man

Her’s was like a beautiful mixture of The Smiths, Mac Demarco, and a smidge of Tears For Fears and it’s truly tragic to me that such unique and talented young lads were stripped from us so soon. I’m just glad they gave us some beautiful music to keep their legacies alive for generations to come.

Watching this just made me realize that those who say, “Put the phones away and enjoy the music” should just let people do what they want. Had you not captured this footage, we wouldn’t be able to watch their last show. So thank you very much.

39:20 this part broke my heart, they both seemed so happy. Not to be another one of the hundred Rest in Piece comments but seriously, it's just heart breaking, it's eerie how happy they were at their last concert, must've been hard on that one guy too who went to both concerts, was probably a big fan, and in that same night, he figured out that they passed away hours after he saw them.

Sometimes I just think it's destiny or fate or however you want to call it... we're meant to die in a certain way at an exact time... and we can't help it, just accept it.
It is crazy to think, any tiny slight delay at any point, any random stoppage, or anything and they wouldn't have died.- It's so sad
Crazy thing is that most of their valuables (Ste's overalls, their guitars, macbook, pedals) were gone in that fire. The memories attached to them and how it became their signature, nothing was left behind ..

I am not sure why the tragic story of this band hit me so hard, but I felt genuine sadness. For their families 1,000+ miles away and their possibilities after two really engaging albums. Thanks for sharing the video for all who could not see the show.

Her’s was my generations version of “the Smiths”. Smiths happened to make it bigger, but Her’s was every bit as GREAT ALL TIME. Both amazing. Sad these 2 passed. They’re music perfectly mixed treacherous sadness with unobtainable beauty. Her’s, you’ll be missed

Discovering these wonderful boys and their music in 2022 and finding out all about what happened to them has really brought the fragile and temporary nature of life home to me in a way that nothing else ever has. Anyone can just have their life taken from them one night, without having made any wrong choices or being in any way responsible.
Rest in peace, you lovely, talented boys. I am going to make the most of this precious gift called life whilst I have it.
How amazing that we get to see this footage of their final performance of them just doing what they love. I’m not sure why their death hits me so hard, I wasn’t a fan back then and I never knew them. But something about it when I see footage of them or listen to them, I’m just overcome with such sadness of these beautiful lives being cut so short. They were so young and just starting their careers and you can just see how genuine they were.

I remember discovering these guys about 3 months before the accident, sharing their music with friends. Instant fan of their amazing original and heartfelt music. So crushing and tragic, these boys were so full of life... living the dream. I sure hope heaven is good to them!

Terrifying to think these were some of their last moments ever witnessed by others, and there was no way they could've known what was about to happen. So unfair that it had to happen the way it did.
I always think, what if stayed allitle longer or if they left alittle earlier or took a different route, they would've still been here today and if weren't for that stupid drunk driver, we wouldnt have lost these two wonderful boys, it always makes me sad what could have been and there will never be a band like hers.

Ya pasaron mas de 5 años y aun duele saber que ya no estan, su música sigue viva porque su talento era enorme, la vida a veces puede ser muy injusta, ojalá aquella noche se hubieran subido a esa van una hora mas tarde o que hubiesen dormido aquella noche allí y hacer el viaje al dia siguiente a la luz del día pero así son las giras, da mucha rabia cuando ves actuaciones en directo como estas y ves como disfrutaban, como eran felices haciendo música, no merecían un final así, a veces me siento mal porque siento su pérdida como si los hubiera conocido, como si fuesen familia, siempre los llevaré en mi corazon, si alguien mas se siente o se ha sentido alguna vez asi pues desde aquí le mando un abrazo.

I know this is a bit late, but I’m glad this footage was captured. Seeing them enjoying themselves in their final hours brings some comfort. They’ll forever be remembered as young and energetic souls.

So abrupt and tragic. Even years later it doesn’t sit quite right, such promising beautiful hearts dusted away in an instant. I would quite literally give my soul to let them play one last time or to live in a world where they lived, even if I had no knowledge of their existence they’d still be rocking on with their Pierce cutout and watching twin peaks. They resonated with thousands, even millions of people. I like to think that I’m just in an alternate dimension where they passed, and in the next portal over they’re still jamming for thousands on stage with at least two more amazingly unique albums out and a name that everyone knows. If you ever feel extremely heartbroken by their passing remember, in the next portal over they’re still there.

I’m years late but I wish I had found out about Her’s sooner 😢. I came across them because Apple Music played their song What Once Was on my personal station. I looked them up after and finding about their tragic passing really broke my heart 😢. They had so much potential to be next big time. RIP Stephen and Auden ❤️. You’ll always be missed.

I just discovered them about 3 weeks ago from a CZcams recommendation and my heart is torn because while I'm beyond happy I found these guys, it really hurts that I'll never get to see them perform live and experience their growth. It's bittersweet thinking of them but inspirational people never go unrecognised and after years of me not knowing about their existence, they've gained one more forever fan and knowing that I'm not the only person who discovered them after their death just shows how great they'll always be 🤍 forever and always Stephen and Audun💐 (and their tour manager Trevor)💐

Hey pal, thanks for uploading this video, last year my bf found Her's one day and he dedicated a song to me, specifically "Cool with you", we spend great times together until today, when we found out the news, it was like a cold water bucket, we were so excited to know about them and it was so tragic to know about that, it hurts to see how young they were, how happy they were to spread their lovely songs to the world, how excited they were about playing and how much fun they had while these concerts. It makes me wish i could just give them some advice just on time, maybe wish that Audun's bass strings didn't break, maybe that little bit of time could make them save their lives. I didn't know them that much, maybe nothing about them, but i can see how good and sweet they were, how funny and silly they seemed. It makes me cry when i think about them, i've been crying a lot since i knew the bad news ... i'm sorry that this comment it's too long, i just wanted to share my sincere condolences to everyone and my deepest gratitude to you for this.
Fly high Steven, Audun and Trevor, we will always miss you guys.

coming back here as it’s nearing two years. this friday this earth will be 2 years without these amazing souls. i may not have been to a concert ( there weren’t any shows near me, to my dismay ) but i can tell they were great people with amazing talent. i was really looking forward to their new music and to see where they end up. so fucking tragic that they got taken so soon, they had so much more life to live. i hope they’re still rocking it and vibing even in the afterlife. i know they’ll never been forgotten. i just hope they died knowing they were loved. with love, kenny xx
