Today we are taking a look at the 2019 Ford F-150 with a 650+ horsepower supercharger from Roush Performance! This F-150 does 0-60 mph in a low 4 second range! Not bad for a Supercharged F-150! This supercharger does not void your factory warranty!

@@konrah1486 Had a friend that had some hopped up 150. He blew the differential once had a bunch of issues with it then put a window in the motor and got rid of it for the mustang. You can make anything fast its about how long.

@@ryanfisher806 you can indeed launch newer f150’s in 4hi without damaging drivetrain. 4hi has the same gearing and shift points as 2hi. Now, you would not want to launch in 4lo.

nope it just a test drive unit and we will knock off 100 buck but for you we will do 500 off the m.s.r.p .
They even sell demo vehicles as new with 3 to 4000 miles and sometimes knock a little off the price but its gets added back in somewhere. Worked for a dealship for a few years and saw how things work

Can't wait for the new 7.3 for the Super Duties. I can just imagine stroking it out to 8.0L and supercharging it. Who knows what it'll be capable of, but I'm also interested in that new Tremor package.

Yeah, that was my first thought on the transfer case. My 2010 F150 has missed going into or coming out of 4 hi and 4 lo a few times. Since, I always roll a bit and verify it's actually engaged or disengaged. And I'm not talking about launching. I'm talking about pulling trailers offroad. My jeep wrangler has a manual transfer case, so it's got a little better feedback when shifting.

Mitchell, your videos are the best! Informative and funny. PS: The 2.6L supercharger is awesome. I added one to my Tundra and love it. The Ford now has the 10 speed, so you can play with rear gearing more. Great warranty. Wish you could do a timed 0-60 and dyno tuning with data. I’ll check your website for cost. Btw, how are the brakes on the F150? Love the red. Looks like current “Rapid Red.” 👍

It's at least half the fun. But electric is far from taking over. It'll be a fringe thing for another two decades at least, so long as the energy density in batteries remains as low as it is. Plus, you can't force people to buy new technology. I don't plan on ever buying a brand new car, so that rules out almost all electrics, and I'm not the only one.

I would like to see a dollar for dollar performance comparison of the 5.0 vs 3.5. Of course the 3.5 exhaust sounds like crap and the 5.0 sounds great.

Town and Country TV Yeah, about equal to an E50 tuned 3.5L. Only I got mine for only $500. 😬 Seriously sweet truck, though. Mine is a 2018 Platinum. I like the leveling kit and wheel package a lot! Looking for options for my FX4 (stock right now).
My 2018 Rosch w/ SC was dynoed around 528/487.

I want to see how this performs stacked against a lightly modified (tune, exhaust, cold air intake) 3.5 EcoBoost truck.

Its a coyote theres ppl running 9s on the 1/4 miles with stock internals . EcoBoost engines are designed for fuel economy not making crazy power.i seen ppl turbo charge their f150 5.0 and running 800 horsepower on stock internals there's no replacement for displacement.
No replacement for displacement. Supercharged 5.0 will out run a modified turbocharged 3.5 off the line. I say on the 1/8th mile the 5.0 has it. The 3.5 on a quarter mile might end up running it down, but I doubt it.
You guys need to do some research. The 3.5 EcoBoost F150 is faster than the 5.0 F150 stock and when tuned. The only way the 5.0 is faster is like this truck with a supercharger that gives it significantly more HP.
You won't need 650hp in a EcoBoost to stand up to this thing. A 575-600hp E.B. will probably chomp on this because it's not dragging around the extra weight of that massive supercharger. If he had kept the stock wheels and tires it would be even faster

I have a 5 star tuned 3.5/10 speed ecoboost F150 and get pretty much the same reaction when I give people a 4wd launch or when I do a rolling 35mph burnout in 2wd. 😂
