Directed by Torgeir Ness Sundli, the video, for song "Nordbundet", is a mix of live footage of the band interspersed with scenes of the countryside around TAAKE's home town of Bergen, which have been filmed by founder and front man Hoest, who also produced the video. Audio production is by Bjornar E.

I'm norwegian and I moved to Bergen to study 2001 - 2003. Me and my best study buddy would get stoned every weekend and go to see unknown live bands like this for 5 usd entrance fee. Then we'd get hammered inside and rock out to the music. When I meet him once in a while now a days we'll often talk about the incredible quality of the amateur live bands there and then. Actually I feel kind of like an old hippie reminiscing about the music scene in the 60's in SF or something like that.
Catchy, euphoric, structured riffs, instant like.
The Riff that comes in at 3:50 is sooo great.
Going to Bergen in 2 Weeks - maybe i can see some of the beautiful landscape in the Video.
Never listened to this band before, despite enjoying a lot of Norwegian black metal. 1 minute in and I know that they'll be great. If everything Hoest does is like this, I can safely say that he's the best Norwegian black metal band outside the second wave.

What i love about all of Taake songs is the epic endings, they always have an epic ending to all of their songs that can only be described as spiritual and full of alot of emotions.

Hoest is creating some of the best black metal these days. It's truly original in a genre that is becoming so polluted and rehashed. It's songs like this that make black metal my favorite genre of music.

Taake is completely original and unique in a genre where many bands tend to sound the same(still awesome though). Also the most creative musicians in the genre, so unpredictable where the song is going.
