It turns out the Orbital Laser charges are not universal across all players! This was a bug when I was doing testing with some friends so your whole party can use all three charges of the Orbital Laser!

If you find yourself knocked under the map (I've had this happen several times to me), you can dolphin dive up and above ground.

Another good tip, if your sprinting and run out of stamina, u can crouch for a couple seconds and get your stamina back way faster.
And using stim resfreshes stamina fully. If you aren't hurt while running far away from enemies, you can try to take a bit of fall damage to let you heal.

If you bring the shells to the loading area before activating the seaf cannon terminal then you can load it and be gone before the bugs spawns and ambush you.

I'd heavily recommend getting the boosters with your warbond medals! The vitality and ammo ones are supremely good, and boosters are NOT single use (which is what I initially thought)
What the heck does the vitality one do? Just reduce the chance of broken limbs or hemorrhages?

That's a really poor tip. Booster effects are shared amongst the team. You want numerous boosters so that each member of the team can equip one. 4 boosters=4 buffs for everyone.

Supercredits aren't only found in golden light pods, I've been finding them in the containers (the buried ones) around POIs
They can also be regularly found in the bunker POI. (And the free Battle Pass in exchange for medals)
The two person bunkers can also have up to three of them
This is all correct... but having said that I am not sure that super credits are shared amongst all players... medals and other items found at PoI such as extra requisition bonds are shared. I've definitely seen people looting super credits in my games and not been granted any at the end of the match.

For the stop hostile radio transmission side objective, rather than messing with the terminal and all that, you can just destroy the tower with an orbital strike and it will complete.
even just an eagle strafing run is enough for it actually

Another tip, autocannons take out nests/factories
you can also call down anything on the hole and it will destroy them. I had to do this several times when I'm out of nads.
Ps. If you use your resupply beacon on the holes, it will destroy it but the resupply will be stuck in the ground

@@tksinister1786 you could patiently wait for the resupply to get your grenades back, while getting chessed by the whole map. Or you could call in a resupply on the bug hole and just keep running to the next objective. On harder difficulties in my experience you very rear use resuply, so might as well save you the trouble of waiting and pop that bit h down the hole
@@imsirnootnoot on higher difficulties you will always have to resupply, enemies would respawn on the entire map even if you take all the bug holes. The longer you stay the more they are, is just a waste of resource and lack of sympathy for your teammates to drop a resupply in a bug hole cause you miss all the grenades and couldn't take the last hole. 🤣🤣 I wish I don't encounter you on a quick play.
While i understand the sentiment behind the last tip. Youre never going to be able to make me drop the grenade launcher
It is worth noting that a dude who solos Helldiver difficulty uses a grenade launcher.

@@porkerpete7722 Shoot under them, the entire underside is soft and the grenade launcher can 5 shot it. With a bit of elevation Chargers are piss easy to kill with a grenade launcher

A super duper useful tip on higher difficulty is to rebind the stratagem menu to the arrow keys and use your mouse hand for inputs.
Now you can sprint away from the horde while calling down reinforcements ect.
Invaluable when doing complex inputs in a bind.
I'm surprised PC used the same keys as movement for default.
Controller binds d pad to stratagems and analog for movement
For that last tip ofcourse the caveat is that if you really need a specific special weapon for what you are doing, keep it anyways. There is no guarantee that what you need can be found on the map, ir that you'll find it easily.
A tip for ps5: You can navigate the mini map using the controller touch pad not just the dpad control. It also moves the map around too so you don't need to zoom in and out of the map to focus on what you want to see.

Orbital laser charges aren't shared. You are confusing the shared stratagems which are in yellow with personal ones. The most obvious example is the seaf artillery. It is 3 charges that don't come back during a mission unlike the eagle fighter stratagems which can rearm. Also got a supply pack and a guard dog backpack from a damaged drop pod.
No orbital weapons are shared since it is fired from your own destroyer. Each player has one, so each destroyer has their own charges
🤔 but if you're the party leader aren't they launched from your ship since everyone is also on board
@@AC-iz7ehwhen other players join your squad. If you are on the ship. You can see their own Destroyers jump in and hold orbit near your own, you can tell them apart from all the background destroyers because they have a higher resolution model and the engine thrusters are a deeper shade of blue.
You can also see your entire Squad's Destroyer Squadron floating VERY LOW in the air during missions. And things like the railcannon and laser are actually shot from these ships. The pods are launched from them as well (the supply, support-weapon and deployable ones, not just Players) but they kinda do a very sharp fast horizontal movement before coming straight down on the Stratagem beacon.
Ya I know our destroyers are parked near each other but I didn't notice it came from our own, because everything seemed to land straight down at a perpendicular angle making it look like it came directly from the squad leaders ship
The only stratagems that drop straight down are the supply type and reinforce ones, the ordinance come at an angle which changes depending on your position in the map @@AC-iz7eh
I've seen backpack items come out of the broken drop pods as well. So I think they can contain basically any kind of equipment you would call down. Either packs, support weapons, etc. Never seen a turret or fortification though.
They probably limited it to equipable/Consumables because there's a possibility that "oops it a turret but no bugs to liberate"

First time I popped open a broken drop pod it had the guard dog backpack
I believe the pods are limited to the various blue stratagems: heavy weapons, backpacks..
on choosing strategems. I think disposable launchers are a must if nobody is bringing anti armor.

I consider it necessary weaponry in the harder difficulties. Because it is always available, you will never be left kiting tanks for eternity.
This. And the fact it comes with 2 per drop, it’s a must bring.
I used to love them in the first game, and they're quickly becoming one of my most used ones in this one too. The fact that you rarely have to worry about their cooldown or reloading is just so nice compared to the 2-player rocket launcher

I can give some advice for the railgun that people seem not to know. Even in safe mode, it can still oneshot Hulks via head shot. Excluding tanks and Bile titans, if your shot doesn't kill, it stuns long enough for you to charge and fire again.
I also see people not changing the firerate of machine guns despite how powerful it can be. The Stalwart firing at over 1000 rpm is among the best crowd clearing weapons alongside the GL and the slower firerate make it as accurate as the Defender smg while crouched (no armor bonus.)
Supply Pack + Stalwart/GL makes hordes a cakewalk. After that I usually run a variety of turrets (Autocannon, either mortars or rocket) to smash through armored targets easier.
I've seen people say the Grenade Launcher is basically useless against chargers. My advice: STOP SHOOOTING THE ARMOUR
Its a GRENADE launcher, you throw grenades UNDER chargers for them to kill them. Do the same for the GRENADE launcher. (although people not knowing normal grenades can pretty easily kill chargers is entirely understandable)
What grenades do you use for the chargers?
Do you know if you can use the supply pack to give yourself ammo etc

If you take out the leg armor of one leg on either the charger or bile titan and then dismember the limb (with the breaker BiS primary) it insta-kills either enermy.
Idk why no one is talking about it but the best tip out there that my helldive squad started doing is once we go to start extraction we drop all samples near the extraction beacon and have one person collect all and then subsequently drop them at the beacon. Then when the ship arrives you can pick all samples up and get in the ship with little to no risk of losing the samples while looping or training all them bile titans. This literally netted us hundreds of green, 50+ rare, and 25+ super rare samples
How do you drop them?
@@CB-TV hold the down arrow on d-pad for controller and they are on the bottom right or top right. Move your joystick to highlight it and u will drop them
you can also call in the pelican and just leave the extract zone w/o anyone entering the ship, it'll protect the EZ with its guns while you can explore the rest of the map.
One other tip I wanted to add is that if you prone while reloading the machine gun you will reload quicker than if you were standing

1:25 one more tip for the artillery cannon, dont activate it until you have all 6 rockets piled at the drop off. i find every time you activate the machine it will draw in bugs so activating it last speeds up the whole process and your out before the swarm checks out the place
I found for the spore launches, diving over them or at them before shooting can send you farther and deal less damage than just standing next to them.
I love being the single person going around grabbing everything and soloing nest and optional missions it just makes everything go faster and smoother

Super credits are not only found in the downed drone things. They can be found pretty much anywhere there is loot. So in the hidden containers you blow the door off, the 2 person bunkers etc. Also there is 750 SC in the free warbond track.
I think they can also be gotten in badge exchanges.
Them hidden containers always glitches me my character won't move takes abit to unfreeze

You can use any of your support item stratagems as an orbital rail gun. All you need to do is get the blue beacon stuck on the charger or bile titan and it will 1 shot them. Best part is unlike an orbital strike or air strike, the drop pod will follow the beacon.
And there's an achievement for resupplying to kill a charger!
Genius!! Using an expendable anti tank drop to kill a bile titan them using those to kill others would be epic
Nice! One thing I learned was that you can have a rover and then deploy another to a teammate. So syncing up ahead of time with your team on what you’re bringing is important (just like your laser comment).
Yeah, I usually bring a rover, and call a new one for my teammates as soon as it recharges. it leads to a lot of rover-related accidental deaths, but it's good nevertheless
From the other comments, the laser is personal use from your own destroyer, so you have 3 charges yourself and your teammates have their own.
I figured out that artillery sheel trick by myself, I feel validated 🤣

-For the fake diamonds is cause the game dropped a special weapon, pick it up and if you dont like it pick your main one back, that fixes the diamond
-For night missions just put gamma on max like every other game

Super Credits via missions are the only UNLIMITED free way to get them. You can also redeem medals in the Battle Passes for 100 Super Creds from almost every page.

Extra tip for the artillery cannon, if you press e twice whilst picking up a shell you can fling it into the opposite direction from where it was laying when you time it right
You can open drop pods by saluting (emoting) close by it will prevent you getting bugged and stuck on the pod which can happen sometimes.

One of the best things I found out is with the railgun, if you hold reload you can make it “unsafe” which allows you to charge it and do more damage

Given the detailed manner of your 2 videos thus far covering the game's mechanics, I'd easily watch a 2+ hour playtrough because in your videos I'd be nearly guaranteed my OCD of 'no sample left behind' would be thoroughly satiated.
nobody seems to notice that the resupply calldown refills your backpack items and this includes the supply pack backpack. be a real hero for your squad and keep a supply pack around then when you resupply from the calldown you also can resupply your team mates from that calldown. this effectively doubles your supply allocation per calldown at most
One tip I know is that you can use dynamic shooting where right clicking once ADS but holding right click does third person shooting then you have the compass setting that show SW SE etc
If you have a weapon that strips armor (railgun,rockets etc) you can strip the leg armor of chargers an bile titans with couple shots, then take the leg off with a primary and instant kill them, takes around 5 seconds if done right.

About drop pods, you can get any materialistic stratagem from them.
So any support weapon (I haven't encountered railguns, spears, autocannons and laser cannons yet but I've only opened around a hundred of them), and you can get the supply pack and jump pack.
I have heard people say they've gotten the "supplies" drop (which should drop only from the resupply stratagem) but I haven't seen this for myself yet.
The laser cannon is very handy for opening those cargo containers! No need to waste grenades!
U can do it with a resupoly pod too no waste of a laser 🫡
U can also press/hold the crouch button while running to slide a short distance, haven't really tried it on a hill yet to see if u can start sliding and keep your momentum.

Can confirm that orbital lasers are 3 per player, not shared by teams. I have been in games with friends where we have deployed 12 lasers over the mission

Those are not warbonds, those are medals. Warbond Medals as in a "gold thing".
Regarding tip 14: actually, you cannot find the reload backpacks for support weapons even if you find the weapons themselves. I have never found Granade Launcher nor GR-8 Rocket Launcher. I found Spear ONCE (or my buddy dropped it and I had no idea lol, but they would be super rare). Most common are Shotguns, then prolly Railguns, but Machine Guns, Arc tasers, and Flamethrowers can be found aswell.
Nontheless, being able to call a new one and not needing to fight the horde back in case you died is a big W. (+ They drop with ammo)

To get the diamonds to disappear on certain points of interest you just have to pick up whatevers there. For example, came across a railgun one time and it showed as a diamond. When i picked it up and then dropped it, it showed as completed

I also really wish people knew that certain support weapons work better as a team (for example the Autocannon or the recoilless rifle)
Also look on your maps certain points of interest like the Radar can actually be seen on your mini map they are just not marked

Quick tip , before launching your self in the air or diving off a cliff, stim yourself FIRST. You’ll automatically regen as soon as you hit the ground since the stim gives you a couple seconds of immunity.

New player as of yesterday, but i managed to find one of the broken drop-pods on my first dive! It actually gave me a resupply backpack rather than a special weapon. Not sure if intended, but cool.
I only checked because of the hidden containers and I'm surprised I didn't know more than half of them.
I also really like the radar alignment, that thing is making me crazy finding the right alignment

Honestly, I hope they add incursion missions (solo) with a ton of lore. The stage is set to create their world and expand on their setting. Lore or taking out key missions in stealth ops or assassinations with juicy lore would only make this game even more badass. The game itself is beyond my expectations and very badass but doing something that adds more scenery with an element of stealth would make players slow down and want to explore and take in this games world and lore. Ik its asking for a lot but im hoping the devs keep this game going cause its a hell of a game. I also heard there will be mechs, vehicles, and sabers or swords. I also hope they can do a cross over with starship troopers armor and weaps and maybe if they collab with warhammer. Get some adeptus scion armor and just really bring out the nerdy ness of it all in the game
when you heal there's a lingering effect, you can negate your fall damage by using a stim before falling, same applies to the spores.

We got a Guard Dog from one of the broken drop-pods so might also include most backpack items.
The drop pods can drop ammo, special weapons, primary weapons, backpacks, and some just straight explode when u shoot them. So stay back.
So far, I've acquired jump packs, supply packs, guard dog packs, and a variety of non-crewed special weapons from broken drop pods. I have yet to receive a backpack shield from one, though the pattern I've seen suggests that there is a chance for it.
Can't wait to use these tips as I continue on my quest for liberty and democracy!
Those unopened drop pods do hold back packs as well, I've found the jump pack and also the guard dog
I’ve had a jet pack and a guard dog backpacks come out of broken droppods. So it seems to be anything a character can carry with them

To Add to the spore launching. If you stim just before launching your self with the spore, it will keep healing you and will heal you when you land so you are ready when you land.
I got a supply backpack from a broken pod once, another one gave me ammo refills. It definitely can drop a wide amount of things
Sometimes you'll come across blast doors with 2 green lights on both sides of the doors. Those lights are actually buttons, if you have a buddy with you, you can both press them and open the doors to get Requisitions, Medals, Samples, Super Credits, and Support Weapons. You'll stop interacting with the buttons when you press E or whatever button pleb console users use.
You can buy super credits with medals.

Best to honestly save up for the premium pass (though I heard the weapons from it are mediocre at best so might be in your best interest to just save your SC for the next pass unless your goal is to collect all weapons/armor)
I got a jump pack from one of the broken drop pods and it was in the rubble of an automaton factory.
For the radar objective. You could also tap the screen when the dish needs to align and your Hell Diver will yell the the directions to face the dish. Also the map ping grenade thing, explains alot why I blow up whe pinging😭
Broken drop pods can drop nearly every support weapon, supply packs, and jetpacks. Wondering if you can even get the support 'dog' too.

I melee'd a few broken pods and got a "guard dog" once a "jet pack" once and an antimatter rifle the last time.

I've gotten a guard dog MG drone from a broken drop pod before, so it isn't just limited to weapons

for tip no.13 also affects stategrams, cant count how many times i deployed an eagle clusterbomb just a few seconds before approaching a hive nest.
I found a broken drop pod with a guard dog in it. So they can carry backpack slot gear as well
I’ve picked up a “Tac-pack” supply backpack from a broken hellpod before, so I’m thinking that any blue “support-style” stratagem can be in those
14:00 bad hint. Not having special armor-killer on all times is a deathsentence above baby difficulties. You can usualy make by with 2 railguns/autocannons in hole team however. 2 groups of 2 with one armor-killer in each can handle most of the thing thrown at them, after less than 10 minutes all the team will have special armor killers and can deal with actual threats.
I got a jetpack from a broken pod, which was awesome because I did not have switch support weapon
