  • Try these classic Fiesta foods with a healthier twist! For no-sugar added agua frescas, you'll need watermelon, pineapple, mint, lime and water. For baked chicken-on-a-stick, marinate chunks of chicken breast overnight in coconut milk, lime juice, salt and paprika. Once on skewers, bake in the oven at 400° F for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through. ¡Viva la Fiesta!
