I hate it when the authors make the story about the original characters kids/ followers... It just makes it seem like they've run out of ideas
unfortunately whether you like it or not it is still canon as the author of the original stories has stated that it is canon it is still a lazy storyline though
When he said “glorified fan fiction” I thought he was gonna come at All the Young Dudes for some reason but then he said Cursed child and I was like yeah I don’t own a copy of that garbage either lol

Dumbest book/screen play ever. So many things in that story that goes against jk Rowling had put in place in both the world and character development. Infuriating she let that play happen and be written by other people. It's the worst fanfiction 🤮
Magical Genealogy had a longer, different title in the books, which was Nature's Nobility: A Wizarding Genealogy. It was first mentioned in the Order of the Phoenix when they were cleaning the Black family house, and then in the Deathly Hallows, Hermione borrowed it from Kreature and added it to her collection of books to read.

Thought you might appreciate knowing that "draught" is pronounced "draft" - with is a liquid medication prepared as a single dose. "Drought" is pronounced as you pronounced "draught", but of course has a completely different meaning... a prolonged dry period. English - such a messy language...

The book cover was stunning. I was also intrigued by bellatrix’s necklace. Overall amazing box!
The genealogy book is mentioned in at least two books. First, in Order of the Phoenix. Then, in Deathly Hallows, Hermione references it, stating that she borrowed it from Kreacher.

It's clever that the book is about genealogy since there is debate whether cursed child is part of the family or not.

The Cursed Child was a very fast read for me but I think that most expected the same quality as the other books. However, it is a screenplay so there's that. I would suggest getting the book Peter. My favorite things have got to be the dagger, the book cover is always a favorite, the hand not so much, but the newspaper was the best thing in that box!
This one was my first wizarding trunk and it definitely got me hooked! Can’t wait for the next one!

This box was amazing! I painted the nails of the Hand of Glory with gray/black polish and it looks much better! I didn't like the yellow nails. Also, I wish it was somehow poseable - how cool would've that been!
I told The Wizarding Trunk that we neeeeed a full size version now that they’ve given us a taste of the Hand of Glory. 🤩 A posable version would be so cool!

Wow! I can't decide between this and the divination box as which is best. They were both so awesome. The Hand of Glory is a tad small I agree, but still super cool. Danny from WW is a genius. He is so creative and so talented. Seriously makes me think he's a real Wizard! 😱😂

This was my first box and holy moly i'm impressed! When I opened it I adored almost every item and couldn't wait for you to make this video. I knew you would go crazy over the newspaper and rightfully so. Im a sucker for dark artifacts so im biased but It's probably the best box I've ever seen.

@@lazyhomebody1356 from what I've seen they do great holiday boxes. Last year they did a 12 days of pins which was sooo cute and creative! Dark arts and such is my favorite so this box was a dream to me.

I usually don’t get subscriptions boxes because I don’t like enough of the items to warrant getting them, but this is one I would 100% want to get. I love EVERY item.

I agree the hand of glory should be bigger. I liked if you could actually put a candle in it. This this box and the last box I have started a dark arts shelf in my office. I can’t wait to read the news paper was not expecting to get an item like that. Top notch!!

I ordered this box thanks to Peter's repeated suggestions & I'm SO glad that I did! It checked all the boxes for me! Between this box & the divinations box, it's really hard for me to choose a favorite but this one may just take the cake, its fantastic! So thank you Potter Collector for keeping me informed so I was able to receive one of these boxes!!!! Also, my hand of glory is holding the dagger, for now. Oh also, I dont own the cursed child in hard cover so I really appreciate the suggestion of using Prisoner of Azkaban instead. Peter is full of wisdom!!

I bought this box and I love it!
I don't mind The Cursed Child but I too consider it to be fan fiction.
What I like about Dolores Umbridge is that she looks like a lovely old lady, not an evil character. Pink clothes and kittens instead of black clothes and skulls. Shows you that a nasty personality can exist inside a sweet looking exterior.

If it makes you feel better about the size of the hand of Glory, if something was cut off it would surely get dehydrated and shrink a bit?

I am really getting jealous after seeing this 😩😫😭 and I share the same thinking about as Cursed Child like you
This box was so full of great items! And I love how different reviewers pick different items as their favourites, this shows that there's an item for every taste. My personal favorites are the potion, the Hand of Glory, the dagger knife, the kitten plate (I think this plate design is the best out of all Umbridge plates from various subscription boxes) and definitely the newspaper, I have a soft spot for detailed paper replicas and Danny's are amazing.
But oh, the Cursed Child comments... No problem, I respect any opinion, but... I've been waiting for a Cursed Child themed box for a long time, but the fandom is so negative towards the play that I guess no company will dare to make a box like this. And this makes me sad, I want my Albus and Scorpius items...

Also I hear what you are saying about The book that shall not be named but I went to see the play in London and it was pretty amazing with spectacular special effects. I just had to suspend disbelief and think of it as a separate entity to HP 💙🦅💙🦅

My fave item in the box is the letter opener. Although it's a reminder of what killed Dobby, the design on both the blade and handle are remarkable.

This is my first WT box and it's all because you hyped it up so much, I couldn't resist after holding off for over a year. Worth it ! And I just happened to be wearing the shirt today as I watched your video, super fun. I have been obsessed with Danny's videos and the book covers, so I knew it was time to get on the WT train :-D Favorite item: The newspaper. I just can't get over the detail :O
