Many years ago (maybe about 20 years ago), my local chapter of SAM had Todd Robbins speak at our annual event. He had his lecture notes "Don't Try this at Home". He only printed a handful, because they are not for everyone. I couldn't get my hands on a copy of them. So I tracked him down and emailed him directly. He sent me the PDF. This was before the internet is now, prob early 2000s. Todd is one of the best, and such a nice guy. Thanks for having him speak, and sharing it.

It would be great to get an Erik Tait project on restaurant work! From theory to landing the gigs to live performances, surely that project will help with the mortgage.
