    I could see them working the Poke-Amie into creating and establishing the bond needed to Mega evolve. It's kind how I play and use the function anyways so it would be nice to have it as an actual part of the of the game and story.

    I wonder.....if these emulators had implemented a requirement to provide the barcode/serial# of the game they are emulating as proof of purchase would the issue be eliminated?
    Definitely agree emulating is simply to provide additional options to play a game and as long as you've purchased a copy there's no money lost.
    I know this is hyperbolic but how is emulating a game you've originally purchased any different than buying a Subway sandwich, taking it home and adding an ingredient you desire that Subway doesn't offer? Is that now illegal? Lol
    To me once I've bought something it's mine and whatever I choose to do with it is my business. This lawsuit didn't need to happen and I wonder if they'd implemented a proof of purchase requirement would Nintendo have lost?
