Restoration Abandoned Veteran Motorcycle CZ 175 2-stroke Engine 1963

In this video, I renovated an old folding seat into a new one with my good friend Pal. I polished the shaft and prepared it for chrome plating for another friend. Next, I prepared the bodywork for painting. And finally, with my good friend Patrik, I repaired the 175 engine, which was in a terrible rusty and sealed condition, we replaced a couple of parts, cleaned it, and it's like new.
In the next video you will see the final video where we paint and line the motorcycle to its original form from the 60s, then assemble it and start the first start after 30 years

Happy to say the tank you discarded is save able. I worked on old British race bikes and airplanes. If you want I can explain how it’s very easy but you need to make one tool

My Grandad was a fan of what i know as the CZ175, he owned 3, i know he buried one not far away from me, i should imagine, after 40 years, it`s going to look something like yours, it was Gold coloured.
