Ig to just add to what I’m hearing, regarding explaining trauma or wrapping your head around the impact it has on a person, in a lot of cases, if not all, I hear people follow up with “but at the end of the day people have it worse”. And the problem with this remark is it highlights an inner conflict where we know what we went through was not hayyin (easy) yet we need to make sure it doesn’t sound like we’re being ungrateful. Saying “but” is on its own shows an undertone of belittlement. Now of course, we don’t mean to belittle what we’ve gone through, and so instead I think what we mean to say is Allah doesn’t burden us with more than we can bear and he certainly increases us in khair when we have sincerity in our hearts. Whatever I have went through, Allah willed it, and whatever you have gone through, Allah has willed it. So it’s not really about Other people having it worse, but instead that Everyone has complex hardships period. You get what im sayin?

Ask them about the belt bonfire.....15 bags of belts and letters of recommendation from the Shaolin temple in china.
When you erase records you water down the degrees of Dahn until it's worthless just like Crossfit now means nothing and just like a degree of Dahn means nothing.
Fun, but don't think money doesn't change hands for these records.
