Sir lenscape, the software allows you to control the shot with just a keyboard command... the focus is either auto or manual... when you use auto, the cam will find the focus before shooting....
Hi, Can I ask what software are you using to get a live view - how the person can see the image on the blue screen before the picture is taken(via the monitor), I can understand tethering the camera to the pc but can't understand how it is setup so the image is visible through the monitor. Can you advise. Thanks Dave

Sir Lightning Speed... we used a regular CDRking LCD wall bracket plus heavy duty cables for this particular set up?.. for more convenience (a little costly tho) you may use ready made assembled photobooth stand... costs you around 7thou more or less
No sir... we are only using thick wire cables to fasten the monitor to the tripod... it wouldnt budge at all... it works so well... actually we also have another set up using an assembled phtobooth stand bought it almost 8thou and tarp backdrop stand for which we also bought at 3,500 but somehow costly compared to this set up which is barely 2,500 pesos only :-) (tripod and improvised clothes rack)
o yeah i forgot to mention something... we attached a wall bracket at the back of the lcd monitor for easy cable tying... (CDR king brand at P499 only)

Not familiar with photoman sir but if allows you to personalize the layout, the number of pics and pic sizes then most probably single shot can be done also

I bought the Dslr Booth software because I want to make a open Photo Booth, and this is mi situation: I plugged my camara( 7D canon) with a mac computer and a flash, ( Alien bees 1600), also the computer is plugged with a TV screen, and printer the problem is this: I want to have in my TV screen a clear reflect of the people,while they are taking the picture, but it is not possible, because my camera settings are adjust for the final picture, and if I change the camera settings to be able to have a clear reflect on the TV screen, then my final picture comes very overexposed,. I dont know what to do. so I want to know, if you can advise me, If I have to do something with the software or with my flash, I Would really aprecciate your comments, Thank in advance Valery 😊

hello dave... you may use any photobooth software. they all give a live view outputs as long as your camera has a live view option also...
