Despite several key turnovers the Seahawks clawed their way to another important win. Sometimes you just have to win ugly and Seattle did that today with solid defense when it counted.
If Arizona had an offense it would have been an easy lost. Lucky for Seattle no such offense exists lol.

The Seahawks red zone offense is still concerning, and Geno's decision making is slowly making me worry, but the Defense is looking really good now! If the offense can just be healthy overall and Geno just stay calm and collected this team should be a major threat.
I feel Geno is way calmer really trusts his protection and goes for hail Marie's alot though but overall he's good .

I have been a West Virginia football fan since I lived there 1n 1988. I cannot believe I am still seeing Geno Smith still not only playing, but playing at an incredible level. I will never forget how Geno and the Mountaineers absolutely dismantled Clemson 70--33 in 2012. No team has ever scored 70 points in any bowl game. Way to go Geno!!

Smith/SEA 4-2 on the season. They are somewhat flying under the radar, but this a good team. Geno has been solid since he became a starter for them. Yes this team can make the playoffs. Congrats on the win SEA 👍.

The Joshua Dobbs run for a TD is the same kind of play he used to do at Tennessee. If the receiving corps weren't doing it, he would do it with his legs. But when he was here, he was an average QB at best. Especially in the calibre of play expected in the SEC.

Cardinals losing isn’t Dobbs fault. They literally only have one WR and their secondary isn’t good.
JSN, Bobo and the defense were the best part of the game. Geno is still making boneheaded mistakes. We’re facing a gauntlet of teams going forward and I’m not sure if he’s gonna step up when it counts.
Seattle Offense was again not effective when it mattered and the defense again came in to close the game up. But one question for the rest of the 12’s.
Can Pete Carroll have a Seahawks team one season where both the Offense AND Defense are consistent during the same season? That would be great.

Need Riq to be a lil better, and Julian Love has been below average, but I love how we look in that unit overall. Great energy. Defense has improved a lot already in general especially Jordyn Brooks. Can't overstate how important Bobby coming home has elevated our team. Next two weeks will be huge for us. Go HAWKS!
I actually like Seattle's offense a lot more without DK. You can actually see Geno making reads and hitting spots of the field he typically doesn't. That said, he was still typical Geno as far as starting hot, then disappearing when they need him the most.
Also, congratulations to K9 on his first 100 yard game this season. It's criminal how he doesn't get the rock more.

Geno gets a bit DK focused. DK really isn't that good. Drops to many balls. Struggles to get open against almost any DB and his timely penalties are painful. All to get you barely 1000 yards a year. In today's NFL 1000 is nothing for a number 1 WR.

Walker is one of the Best running backs ive seen in 30 yrs....mcafree is okay but its because hes got an O line...walker MAKES things happen...thats what makes him a potential MVP
Props to Pete Carroll for building this successful team with almost nothing. I mean they could spend a lot of money on their offensive team or at least buy a superstar quarterback as Russel Wilson’s replacement but they used their backup quarterback and it really works. Only a wise man like Carroll could manage something like that.

weird that UW and the Seahawks had such similar games this weekend both against Arizona State and Arizona. both at home. both with 3+ turnovers and defense saving the game, against bad teams.

Another good game for the defense. That's very encouraging going forward, especially with the tough schedule. Geno gave up a bad sack, had a fumble and threw that ill advised throw that was picked off at the 1. He looked very upset and I think he'll learn from this. Need a better performance against the Browns who are a very solid team. Then it's the Ravens...

Geno is a good QB but if i was the Seahawks front office I would be trying to find his successor in the upcoming drat...so many good QB prospects at the top that inevitably one or two gems will fall through if the Vikings do their homework they can get one and have him sit and learn for a year before Geno's deal is up and then compete with Drew Locke in year 2 for the starting spot moving forward. We need to work on our OL and Geno needs to practice his throwing accuracy. Then we can slowly adjust the D here and there, and we should have another amazing core on our hands. Lets just make sure we actually run on the 1 if we get to another SB

That red zone offense needs to improve. My goodness. Still a good W for the Hawks.
Don't look now but we're a half game back of the 'Niners. We really need Geno to level up his discipline and cut down on red zone turnovers. Field goals are really important opportunities in close games like this, we can't afford to squander points in a defensive battle. That said, the offense continues to be able to march down the field and that's encouraging, this feels like a fixable problem. Red zone playcalling could use some improvement also, we should almost never run two similar plays back-to-back unless there's a clear mismatch to exploit.
Oh yeah I forgot these teams played this weekend. Go team 👏🏻
