He was a first round pick in MLS before his wife suggested he become a football placekicker. This is why football teams are noticing soccer players as kickers. Jake Bates of the Lions played soccer in college for two years before switching to football. Detroit just picked him up from the Michigan Panthers of the UFL earlier this summer. Fans were begging Campbell to give him a look after Bates nailed a 64-yard field goal not once but twice (made the first kick after timeout was called by the other team to ice him, then scored the FG on the actual play).

Remember, Aubrey was a first round pick in MLS before he played football in the USFL on the suggestion of his wife. The story goes that they were watching NFL kickers miss field goals and she said, "You could do that." Long story short, he signed up for the USFL and played for the Birmingham Stallions.

If Lances receivers are not wide open he doesn't see them and holds the ball. He needs tons of reps and even then may never get acclimated to NFL speed.

Listen to all the cheers from cowboys fans in attendance. Mark Davis sold us out man. Every Raiders home game is like a 50/50 crowd. Home field advantage isn't a thing for the raiders. No ill will towards Vegas or anyone who's from there though.
That's exactly what I said when they moved. Vegas is a destination and vacation/gambling city. Went to a game against the eagles and I felt like how the chargers felt when the raiders play them at home.
