Hey from London UK, no time for coronation chicken people today Professors Carr & Hunter is on❤❤ Thank God😊
that part! Thank you!
Yes your narrative reaches here in the Caribbean, I just love it. I have gathered quite a rich river of knowledge listening and watching you both. Thank you.
Ase! What part?
Yes the more we learn in class is the more I am convinced that this community we have established will know no boundaries and will become so powerful that it will be impossible to stop. We are connected collectively throughout the planet and therefore us Nubians will be impossible to tear apart. I am not despairing or desperate. I know our peoples are coming into our own because we are beginning to know who we are because we are in community learning and understanding who we are.
Prof Hunter, you and the ancestors are always at work...my Pop passed Thurs 5/4/23. His Janazah prayer was 5/5/23. He had 5 biological children and 4 non biological "adopted" children. We were all his boys and girls. I have told many people the love and respect I have for this man and what he meant to me in my development and understanding of what it means to be a man, but as I sat and listened to the grands and great grands speak about what he meant to them it became clear that his influence was reflected in 2 generations and is definitely being instilled in a 3rd generation.....Dr. Carr perfectly articulated what being a human in service to his community means, I saw it this past weekend as we celebrated his life in all the lives, lifestyles and careers represented by his two mantras, which were actually actions. Keep working and do something. He will continue inspiring and motivating.
I live in Atlanta, and you both are right. Everyone was frozen. I used to work at the health department as the switchboard operator in the early 90s. Next to my area was the psych clinic, and every week, someone would have a mental break, and the police would have to come and take them away in a straight jacket. The only difference now is it is easier to buy a gun. I feel so far sorry for the young man, the people he wounded, and the young woman that lost of her life.
Yes ma'am we must not let this Violent system decide who is an animal when they helped to shape this Poison in some of our Fragile folks on OUR Black Beautiful Community 💪🏾💪🏾💜💜🌹🌹😁🙏🏾🙏🏾
I cannot thank you enough for service Prof Hunter and Dr Carr. ❤
Care and respect de-escalates and resolves many conflicts.
Thank you, Prof. Hunter and Dr. Carr for Episode 165 of ICWC!!
There's a lot that you've packed in this Class!!
There's no doubt that our people are disproportionately affected by mental problems (a result of unresolved trauma). Hence, we're always a part of the headlines!!
It appears that no one understands our people's plight, or care to address, suggest/institute meaningful solutions. One can't help but see the correlation with the Prophet Jeremiah's assessment to our current situation as Jacob's Trouble (Jeremiah 30:6-11).
We've got to be wise in how we traverse this land and not be fooled into thinking we are a 'part of this'!!
Dr. Carr is correct that we need to come up with solutions to address our problems!!
When I listen to you, I feel hopeful for us as you speak hope for us!!
Thank you! I pray that you'll continue to be that beacon that so many continue to hold on to in these trying times!!🙏🏿🖤💯
I am so bless to have this teaching carries me through my day...Thanks always...
Here we are!! In community! Gratitude!
Time for my favorite part of this Sabbath day!
Amen!
Good morning Professor Hunter and Dr Blood Raw Carr
What's good, Bobby?!
Hi Hi everybody. Love, Blessings, and Peace to you all.
Hi, Fam!
On here EVERY DAY is the first day of school!
Hello Dr. Carr and Professor Hunter, I just found out that Dr. Keith Rowley, the PM of Trinidad and Tobago will be at Howard University to receive an honorary doctorate and it occurred to me that it would be a great opportunity to provide some counseling on a way forward out of the nation's colonial education system.
I feel like I am finally gaining ground researching history. I just completed reading about Bacon's Rebellion. Thank you for the reminder. Great class to you both
I so LOVE you Dr. Carr. Prosperity preaching never made sense to me because all that stuff you accumulated and cheated people out of you can't take it with you when you die.
Check y'all out! I actually touched a totally black screen on my celly and there you both were. Good day family 😂
Dr.Carr(The Human Google) Sis Hunter (The cleanest glass of water on these airways). Love you guys immensely. Y'all make me a little more knowledgeable every Saturday. Much love and blessings to y'all. One 🤎 ✌🏿✊🏿🙏🏾
Our history is so complicated and the tragedy of it all is that outside of what we are now learning as Nubians, we will most likely not know the truth of who we are and what was done to us. And now there is a concerted effort to deny what really happened to us. That is even more tragic.
I am exceedingly grateful for being able to regularly receive from these amazing scholars doing the work.
Ase😊
Hello Professor Hunter, Dr Carr and everyone hope all is doing well today!
Greetings family. So excited to be back in community
Hi Professor Hunter and Dr. Carr!!! Just dropping in to like the video… I’ll rewatch in Knubia!!!
love you, Tangela!
Everything we do is a response to the trauma!!!!!!!!!
The trauma frames our live
The trauma frames our lives.
Wow! So grateful to catch you almost live... 🙏🏿
Good morning! I was hoping the class was live❤💯 Absolutely we are covered under the blood. ❤ Nothing but Sweet Rest for Him now. God forgive us.
I never get numb but I watched the whole coverage of the Atlanta shooting but when Dr Carr said "Patterson" it brought me back. The Jordan Neely scenario has me tight.
I don't know either of you, but you feel like family. Love you
you do know us...and we are family!
Same
Thanks for the Saturday Morning Joe and out daily reeducation on there Air Ways. 🤜🏾🤛🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
We all need to stay prayed up. Stay prayed up in the morning, noon, and night 🙏🏼🙏🏾🙏🙏🏿 My son was working at North Side but he was on the bottom level and you know my heart 💟 goes out to all those that was hurt and the death of one... When my son called me and said he was okay, all I did was thank God 🙏🏿
Congress has to do something because, I was going to that gun show here in Georgia just because we can carry openly and you really don't have to have a permit to carry a gun. Rise up Congress and do what you know you need to do 💯🔥🔥🔥
Shoutout Derrick Boazman, Atlanta legend
They dug deep into Jordan Neely's history with the police...but not a word about the marine vet history. I want to know his history especially his military history...was he honorably discharged ect.
Good morning, Professor Hunter and Dr Carr. May have composer to write music for documentary. Thank God!!!! Also, after 1 yr since emergency surgery, am learning HOW to ambulate!!! Thank God!!!!!
Keep moving to keep those joints lubricated. Learned that fascia can bind you if you don't stretch and keep mobile.
I wish I could have tuned in live. Dr. Carr if you are still here tomorrow let me know. Also Dr. Earl Carr was one of my mentors growing up in Mississippi. Have fun here in Atlanta. 🎩
Dr. Carr, Professor Hunter, thanks for Ep.165!! I am learning much, y'all are a wealth of information kudos.
Dr. Carr the city you referenced as Newman, GA is Newnan, GA.
Professor Hunter & Dr. Carr, we definitely have love for you in Atlanta 👊🏾✊🏾🥰
Great class family. You know, Ppl kill me always trying to find an excuse for their monstrous ways, to heck with this man's past!!! Certain ppls mantra.... "I'm not a master I'm not a master I'm not a master.... If I keep saying it it won't be true...." Naw, it's still true, yalls actions over and over and over shows it. Again, Great class Prof. Karen H. and my man Baba Dr. Carr. Hopefully I wasn't too harsh, Oh well, CMK😁
Love Atlanta!
Dr. Carr is outside and I love it. If I see you in Charlotte I’m definitely saying hello. I know you miss your relative anonymity.
The Boynton's, Samuel and Amelia, were born and raised in Georgia. Samuel was from Griffin while Amelia was from Savannah. Bruce Carver Boynton, a son, was the Boynton in Boynton v. Virginia. I knew Bruce and Miss Amelia, and they along with Samuel were a part of our family. While I have driven by Miss Amelia's childhood home, which maybe in the process of being rebuilt, I do not know where Samuel's childhood home was located in his hometown. While MIss Amelia walked across the Edmund Pettus Bridge on Bloody Sunday, Samuel did not. He died in 1963. However, we do talk about them during the family reunions.
Hotep Mama Karen and Baba Greg
I hope both of you are well.
Baba Greg with your library phenomenal.
Ase
Ase, Kwame!
@@KarenHunterShowMama Karen will you be travelling to Ghana again?
Plus, I want to tease you about buying books from Baba Greg,
Quiet is kept a lot of knowledge should be spread abroad among kindred. Thanks always...
Could our current lack of memory/service be a vestige of the Crack/Mass Incarceration era??? I feel the intentional lack & loss of everything we knew experienced by that generation combined w a steady diet of capitalism/consumerism have driven us to where we are. Thank you for jogging the memories of those who may have forgotten who we were/are! ❤
Thanks!
Thank you, Cynthia!
I love Dr. Carrs fleeing felons. Because that's exactly what they were.

Anyone w links to Baba Maddox's Homegoing - Please share❤ I am still astounded at the lack of coverage - even in transition they're trying to erase this Man. I have searched and cannot find anything except short clips! Noticed black media??? #Roland seemed reluctant to even acknowledge him when mentioned by Chuck D. in conjunction w Harry Belafontae's transition. 🙄
Great Saturday 👍 #inclasswithdrcarr
As an Indigenous African American, I want reparations from the United States of America. I don't care when or who invented racism, white supremacy, or capitalism. I don't care if the United States was formed before, during, or after the invention of slavery. I want reparations for the brutal enslavement and unpaid labor of my ancestors. If the British owes Black people throughout the African diaspora reparations, I want that, too. Wealth is one of the factors that helps free us.
Doctor Carr said: "They are not Christians "! " Doctor Carr also said: "The color doesn't matter! Worry about gun."
African ancestral kingdoms and thrones are old than the so called western kingdoms and thrones. The partnerships under the umbrella of the commonwealth of nations should be approached with care with the sense of history of that African ancestral thrones are quite old prior to the colonial interferences and disruptions. Thomas Jefferson’s independence declaration on 4th July 1774 … that all men are created equal… was a revolt against the coloniser that the American colonist as a people had the same rights to self determination as other nations. Even in this day of coronation African ancestral thrones can not be held to be subservient to any other throne but coequals of the partnership. Africans cannot negotiate for less in partnership.
African Traditional Civilization prioritized investment in Community development, as against individual enrichment for pragmatic reason; Individuals die, Communities are immortal!

I went to law school with Mawuli. Cool dude.
The reason why the African men held hand because their homes were bomb they became refugees as children, so to stay together and not get lost they held hands. It was an interview over 20 years ago on that.
Please cover the African Film Festival.
✊🏽
What a woke statement concerning Jakes.🎤🎤🎤🎤. The man vexed my spirit for years.
❤❤❤
Hello
❤❤❤❤❤
It is Derek Chauvin again deja vu
Are there any spaces available for Dr Carr trip to a African. ?
no. It's at capacity.
We Gotta get back to the law that made man.
To my knowledge, TD Jake's is not building low income or affordable housing with his project
Pump and Circumstances Day! The Brits got their King Charles3 funny enough King Charles1 got his head cut off. Wow
They are hunting, but it ain't no fun... 🐰
Very interesting. Remember King Louis XIV of FRANCE sold the Louisiana territory to his COUSIN King Charles III of Spain. I thought they called themselves white because 1) they're family (literally) 2) They didn't want another St. Domingue and defintiely not another Toussaint Louverture, so they had to work together.
actually Louis XV sold the land... but anywho
A transformative leader who also has a billion dollars can do much to transform the culture and the community. In 1973, we did not have the amount of economic power we have today. Fast forward 50 years, and we have enormous GDP as a community and a wealth of billionaires (Oprah, Jay Z, Robert Smith, etc)........YET we have even more socio-economic issues, folks who suffer from addiction (of every ilk), big houses and heavy sedans.
The net effect of all the progress is mainly tangible. How did it help US?????
Final Exam - a few centuries from now, whose legacy will resound (and be greater) George Washington Carver or Oprah?
interesting last question. I pray it's GWC and what we do NOW will secure that. That's why we have @Knarrative and #Knubia and why we're doing #ICWC. We (all of us) are responsible for making sure the contributions of people like #GeorgeWashingtonCarver are known forever.
@@KarenHunterShow Thanks for your prompt reply.
The basis for the FINAL EXAM question was essentially to highlight the subjective nature of these types of discussions (without measurables objectives). With regard to your submission, fortunately I grade on a curve (smile).
Case in point - TD Jacques. As Dr Carr so eloquently discussed, the jury is still out. Of course, we hope Mr Jacques accomplishes his mission (whatever HIS objectives may be), but if we are wise and the past is prologue, we can surmise that his ‘adjacency’ to the Wells Fargo Crew is a troubling sign. Oh, money is imperative to affect change, however in this case “change” is the operative word.
Parting shot(s):
1. WRT whose legacy positively impacts our community, heretofore that was primarily subjective and that answer would depend on the individual perspective. I am working on a way to make that comparison effective through development of a quantitative analysis tool which utilizes inferential statistics as a basis. This way, when comparing the positive impact on our community (i.e. legacy) it will ‘lay flat’ the contributions of a George Washington Carver (GWC), Oprah, Dr Greg Carr or Hosea Williams (made transition) through the prism of ‘Key Contribution Areas’ (KCAs), chief among them SERVICE.
2. EVERYONE received a complimentary heart for their initial reply sans 'yours truly'. Mere coincidence?
Klan adjacent is accurate
TD Jakes been a criminal. He doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt.
The screen is black.
Sad
Interesting, this is the 2nd time hearing someone discuss the T.D. Jakes & Wells Fargo deal. The content creator was conflicted about it… do Dr Carr and this other African man aren’t feeling it, tells me it’s probably not a good thing…
the vid got me early...AI, like I tell people in in-person conversations the worry is not independent and sentient AI acting on it's own. The real scare is AI is a tool that will be used by humans. The AI will do the bidding of the human programming it. No different than guns, the fear is what PEOPLE do with it...and in context of this group we saw what groups have done with "superior" technology to Africa and the rest of the world. AI will widen the gap between the elite ruling class and everyone else.
Yep get on Rev. Td Jakes for getting in bed with Wells Fargo.
It would be great if you two would to an episode on this Netflix controversy with Egypt and the real HISTORY not this whitewashed HISTORY these new Egyptians are trying to spew.
a whole episode? We discussed Cleopatra in detail a couple of years ago. She isn't important.
1619 project. Enough said
Love 🖤 💯 ✊🏿 Y'ALL PROFESSOR ❤ 💯✊🏿🖤
Thanks!
Thank you, Anthony!
