Whenever I think of dragon ball Vegeta is definitely the second character that comes to my mind. Frieza wouldn’t have crossed it, Frieza didn’t even come until dragon ball z. He’s only become popular since the movie and dragon ball super. Vegeta was so popular that Akira Toriyama had to keep him alive for the fans :)

The should add players with just martial arts, but you need to grab the weapon to use it. You press the throw button the unequip it, but nothing is thrown. All attacks of it have some sort of edge that’s better than normal base combat.
