How is the clutch/sprocket, as the the teeth wear it can get grooved and cause the chain to bind and also on the tip of the bar is a sprocket inside the bar which can be greased thru a small hole which requires a needle grease fitting made to go on your grease gun

Before you thighten the bar all the way, you should pull the tip of the bar up or the chain will loosen up right away.

The bar is JUNK on the 1 saw. The bearings in the sprocket tip are burnt up and the chain is getting pulled into the tip of the bar. Someone over tightened the chain because it was most likely loosening up while they were cutting. If the tip of the Bar looks Burnt like that one does, Replace it asap before you end up snapping a chain and potentially getting seriously hurt.
