Dementia ending: after 10,000 years phos forgets all about it. There are no gems, nor lunarians since they will never show up unless phos has to pray. But since every important part of the original phos is gone except the main body, all phos could remember left is granola, dates, and a won PS5 from the lottery. Nothing else is left to remember. Ignorance is bliss, and that's what makes us human.

Peaceful Ending: Phos becomes God, prays, everything poofs from existence. Phos is alone on Earth and decides to take a nap. Phos wakes up to find pebble stone talking to him, he conversates with the pebble and realizes all this time, he had been looking for something out of everything when in reality, he already had everything. Phos mourns everyone he perished and watches the night sky with the pebble.
Pretty close to the actual ending.
Secret ending: Phos, tired of 10,000 years of solitude, prays only for themself, erasing their soul from existence and leaving the Lunarians without a prayer machine.
The Lunarians are forced to live for eternity and eventually go insane.

I sometimes think about an ending where Phos prays for the lunarians and they all disappear except for phos. So exactly like the bad ending but Phos stays and slowly turns to the first human to ever exist. The human race repeats the process of dividing into the three components and new gems get born. Just like that a new phos begins to exist and is forced to live through everything yet again.

I feel like after a long span of time the gems would want to be prayed away too, so good and golden ending are actually still the bad one
They'd probably only go if whatever their dad wants to go
i think gems were the best equipped to cope with immortality. lunarians were essentially human people who wished they had a short existence to make their human experiences feel special. they do everything humans do, and so doing that forever made them tired. but gems are gems, they live completely differently. they don't live in societies, they live in nature and a community. they chill out and then hibernate. when goshe says theyre 70, they're act like they've just hit double digits. hundereds of years pass, and the gems still don't think they've grown up yet. even when they become elders, they remember events from 200 years ago like it's yesterday. these are truly immortal rock people, and are meant to exist that way. leisurely beings who take care of jellyfish and enjoy the natural weather.
maybe eventually they'd get sick of existance, but they seem built for immortality completely.
Honestly, while the gems are indeed best equiped to cope with immortality, it most likely was not only due to the conflicts with Lunarians which, for better or worse, gave most of them a purpose and a role to fulfil, but also due to sensei's innate friendly influence. And even so... going by the reasoning behind the ones who willingly went to the moon, it was already kinda falling apart. Another thing that gave them a purpose, in all honesty... was dealing with the younger ones, specially Phos, since they're the ones who're gonna bring something "new" to the table. But even so, we all saw that some of them only needed a little push or trigger, be it to leave everything behind and go to the moon (Ame, Dia, Alex...) or to lose their sanity altogether (Rutile), and maybe even both (Yellow Diamond).
Anyways, I extended this for way too long, but the point is: it wouldn't last forever, also, while sensei is a machine, it too had being suffering for thousands, maybe tens of thousands of years, or even more, and all that was hidden would eventually come out, be it due to another determined gem like Phos, or some elaborate Lunarian plan, that "little utopia" would only last for so long (I know it really wasn't an utopia, but comparing it to the dystopia we got now...)
In conclusion, I don't believe neither Lunarian nor Gems could go on to live "happily ever after". Imo our best chances are on Admirabilis, and for pretty understandable reasons, they would just basically evolve to eventually develop a new ecosystem. Also, as mentioned, we still got some snails and living being around the beach, as well as jellyfish and some algae at the very least, and that's enough of a starting point, unless Ichikawa wants to do something like Idk, drop another meteor or something, or somehow start make the plants depressed as well, I can never know what to expect honestly.
That being said, as long as the microorganisms (inclusions) are still around, more gem people would presumably still come to life over time, they just most likely wouldn't be chiseled or powdered, which would look kinda weird, but it'd also be interesting to think about the possibility that they too could evolve, since they are dependent on living beings inside them after all.
I think the BAD ENDING is most likely the route Ichikawa thought of, considering how her writing goes through her manga.

Phos somehow manages to pray for everyone except Achemea/ Enma, then tells him that they will consider praying for him after another 10,000 years. Yes that might mean Phos is alone but now Enma is alone on the moon as well. Bonus if new gems come around after this so only Enma is by himself.
Secret Ending
PhosLazuli (born on the Moon) kidnaps Amethyst and takes her to Earth with Lunarian technology in search of her other self and Cinna, along with the new gems. He then forces Amethyst to build a machine to combine Admirabilis and Gems, and another to create weapons capable of damaging Lunarians.
A final battle begins, one where Phos refuses to give the Lunarians and their ``companions'' their longed-for desire for peace.
They then return to Earth, and with the birth of a new humanity through the merger of the two races, Phos becomes their new guide and their prayer machine.
I always used to think about phos original legs and head and thought they might turn into a lunarian with lapis torso and arms and phoslapis get to met their old long lost self that they lost

Evil ending: phos refuses to pray, and since all gems are now lunarian, phos seeks revenge by transforming them all in gems, destroys the moons and the admirabilis
Sad ending: phos prays and all lunarians die, then the admirabilis extinct, phos passes all eternity in the moons looking for the remaining gems parts, with no sucess
True ending: if you talk to sensei before chapter 40 there's a secret quest that if you complete, by chapter 95 you unlock a secret boss, which then you have to go through a set of options to get the best ending, after that some deux ex machina stuff happens and everything is back to chapter 1 except lunarians are now gone and phos finds a new job for shinsha

tbh at this point i feel like the bad ending isn't really so bad
Twin ending: after so much time they wonder about the pieces of them that broke off, and searches to find them. The legs are in a newly formed desert, and the arms are frozen in ice. It takes a very long time to put her head back together, but its not like he has a time limit. With all these pieces, Phos-god puts them together with a synthetic body of a 4 hardness, using the same method the lunarians had with Padparatcha's holes to fashion the main body.
A new Phosophilite (I can't spell lol) is born, but with the majority of memories from all their major breaks before the head. It's a Thesisius' ship situation, and perhaps there's enough dust of the lower hardness gems to bring them back as well
my one concern is that in a Good Ending scenario without the lunarians to battle against and the threat of eternal life they eventually fall into despair like the lunarians did on the moon
The lunarians did because as former humans (as in, they lived as humans and remember that life) an eternity is essentially torture. We live knowing we’ll die eventually. The gems, however, don’t feel this and are naturally more inclined towards the long life

I think in only two possibilities:
1) Phos becomes "human" and gets to rest by diying a natural or forced death (not sure if the lunarians get to rest tho)
2) We already have the Theseus paradox, don't we? Why not make us suffer more with more philosophical ideas like an eternal cicle of one "human" that refuses to pray for the lunarians and lives with earth-gems who fight against the lunarians for attacking them? I mean, I really don't like it but considering how the mangaka happily told us about the ps5 thing in the middle of one of the most hearthbreacking scenes in the manga and then took a break of months and probably more... yeah, I can see it happening.

emergence ending: the earth cools, the waters eventually recede, and life gradually becomes more complex again as organic life walks on the surface once more. phos is there to witness all of it, and while they are only left with their memories, they aren't resentful.

When Phos become the next Kongo, they didn't pray for Lunarians. Instead they pray for Admirabilis to had secure lifes in the ocean so the Admirabilis consider them as 'God' and pray for them. In the end when Lunarians come to 'beg' Phos to pray, Phos just said;
*"Haha take the L + Ratio + didn't care"* and plays PS5 for another 10,000 years, thus Phos become the next Ichikawa sensei 🧎♂️

Phos prays for the lunarians and instead of disappearing, they merge with the gem lunarians and the admirabilis creating humans without any memories. So Phos is distracted from all the pain by having a bunch of children to take care of and eventually, starts enjoying their life, inevitably restarting humanity from scratch.
Then humanity became Advance, 6 asteroids destroyed the planet, the humans splits into 3 species again, then another Phos was born, the cycle repeats over and over again.

Phos refuses to pray for the lunarians and prays for himself, but what was awaiting for him was not peace in nothingness. Instead nothingness is some sort of hell, where he is actually conscious but cannot do or become anything. He just suffers for all eternity in loneliness in nothingness.
Best Ending:
The gems are never taken to the moon and turned into Lunarians, but instead stay on earth with Phos.
After 10,000 years, Phos prays for the Lunarians and the gems live on.

It's good to think we actually got a mix between the bad ending and the good ending, phos prayed for the lunarians and they were left alone, but didn't break apart, instead, they were finally put to rest by being wiped away from existence with only a small shard being left to live happily and play with the new beings being born into the world, as phos travels through space and time, shining brightly all while.

You just revealed a new problem the anime will have to tackle... Gems are meant to be eternal... They DON'T want to disappear and they like existing. ... But some gems turned into Lunarians. If Phos prays, regardless of what they want they'll all dissapear.

No they won't. Everyone disappearing is malfunction of the previous prayer machine. When sensei was working properly, he could pray individually. Hence, the Good ending is possible and probable (if Phos doesn't keep any ill will towards Lunarians)

Bad ending (for the lunarians that is): after everything phos has been through they break apart and can no longer be fixed, when the lunarians try to fix them, the pieces refuse to stick and fall apart, the lunarians are now forced into an eternity of suffering.

in a defined time, phos already converted into the new sensie and leader of the new gems, receives the unexpected visit of human colonists from the planet mars, since their ancestors had settled on the red planet due to the catatlysm that almost destroyed humanity, but they had to leave their home again after the clash of phobos and Deimos on the red planet forcing them to go back to earth, little by little a new humanity and society resurface thanks to the leadership of phos that earns respect and is considered a divinity and messiah, also he / she manages to acquire more human characteristics and manages to be human with the other gems, finally phos manages to die in peace by dying naturally, however his legacy will never be forgotten and will continue thanks to his works and descendants
Unhinged/Insane ending: Phos in a twisted rage explodes the sun causing a super nova, dooming the Lunarians to eternal agony

Rutile's story is chekov's gun and someone else will recover Phos's pieces, which are, her legs underwater, her head with the lunarians (they kept ghost, why not their shining star?) and the gem pieces of her arm which like the others probably freeze within the aloes

I believe that the reason why Cinnabar didn't dig up Phos is because of 2 reasons.
1. He (I am talking about Cinnabar because the author gave them. male pronouns) thought that if he had dug up Phos, the others would think he's an ignorant idiot who betrayed them and he'd lose the family connection that Phos helped him make long ago.
2. He didn't know that Phos has a severely good sense of time and just left him in there because he thought along with the knowledge of Phos's mental health, in that sleeping state he would have some peace.
So maybe Cinnabar left him there as an act of mental mercy even though it was unknowingly misplaced. 😞

I’m pretty convinced that Pho is going to take all of the scraps from the Cliff and start intermingling them with the jelly people. I think that the jelly people are going to smell them on the shoreline and Phos will truly take the mantle as a leader
Forgotten memories ending: during the 10,000 years, Phos finds small pieces of himself in temple (the pieces infected by Cinnabar’s mercury) and the pieces of his arms in the ice floes. He slowly remembers all of the memories stored inside of the arms, when the 10,000 years passed, before praying the Lunarians away, Phos requested Aechmea to bring him to the Moon, Aechmea, a little reluctant, agreed to bring Phos to the Moon. At the Moon, Phos finally prayed the Lunarians away. Phos wondered around the Moon, after a few hours, Phos found pieces of his legs and head, he slowly gains all of his memories of the past back, as he does, he starts to regret praying the Lunarians away. He’s stuck on the Moon, desperately trying to return to Earth.
