Who would not love to look like this. I am 5ft 7" and weigh 226 pounds, but realized that it is more than enough. The body goes through awkward things - stiffness, effects sleeping condition etc. etc

He's not struggling at all - he's just doing full and proper reps and still manages to pump out 4 repetitions+.
