Same again for Mary Poppins Returns. It's about story, world building and seamlessness. Mary Poppins Returns, is also a musical which therefore adheres to the academy. The CGI in Aquaman is just purely spectacle, it's a fun spectacle but laser Sharks don't warrant an Oscar nomination.

The visuals are just so beautiful as well. And the story was a great start for Aquaman. I loved the overall movie, personally. If it weren't for Wan, I'm not sure if this movie would've been as great and as successful as it is. So I'm glad he's directing the next installment of Aquaman.
