  • It ruled Malaysia uninterruptedly since the country’s independence from Britain in August 1957. But BARISAN NASIONAL’s 61-year grip on power came to an end in May 2018. Less than two years later, the once powerful coalition found itself back in the government. This time as part of the new governing coalition known as Perikatan Nasional. But trouble has been brewing between the two key component parties within the government - UMNO, the lynchpin of the former ruling coalition and BERSATU, the party led by Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin.
Can UMNO and Barisan Nasional return to dominance once again in the changing political landscape in Malaysia? Can they really afford to go it alone and win big at the next general election?

Your analysis is not entirely correct. Saying solely it’s 1MDB that cause the electoral loss is incorrect. The imposition of GST and the Malay electorate was for the first time in that electoral cycle economically less well off for inflation. If they did not feel poorer, notwithstanding the corruption, BN, would still in power. You over estimate the Malay grassroots to understand the 1MDB scandal. It’s a population dumb down by poor declining education of 4 decades.

As by analysis report, Actually only 25% Malays voted PH despite all their lies and empty promises. 45% of them voted BN and the other 30% voted PAS. So PH in reality won because of PAS splitting Malay votes in 2018. If not BN would have won despite all the lies by PH.

If a person is rich, there are usually choices and room for complacency since there is security of shelter and food. But If a person is poor, he must make it no matter what as displayed by forefathers and founding members of certain countries via grit and resilience build over time to ensure sustainable relay for future generations. Money is just a tool, if leverage well, it could result in a potentially higher return. But social mobility will emerge with widening gaps between rich and the rest. Typically, greed breeds corruption as we can see everywhere.
In my opinion, a transparent and hardworking government with emphasis to put people first will emerge forerunners.

Racial politics is not racism. please get that right. BN (National Front) was a coalition made up of 13 component parties representing all races of Malaysia and working together in a power-sharing consensus. All races in Malaysia are championed through both uniracial (specialists) and multiracial (generalists) parties. Unlike in Singapore where it is only multiracial parties, none of the minority races will have a leader championing their race so that’s why in Singapore Thaipusam is not a Public holiday and even Prophet Muhd birthday is not a public holiday too. Malay women in Singapore still cannot even wear tudung in nursing, hotel services, airline, police, immigration etcThese are just a few examples. So in actual fact a multi-racial party would only be more beneficial to the majority race in that party. The main reason why Chinese and Indian minorities can do well in Malaysia because you have a Chinese party and Indian party for the last 60 years within the coalition telling the Malay led govt to give more vernacular schools, more business space, religious space and more funding for the minorities. . This is the strength of specialist parties within a multiracial coalition. A multiracial party has proven to be good only for assimilation of races and not for integration of races like Malaysia.

The change of leadership/pru15/parliament will only dissolved after the expiration of the pru14 mandate as early as 2023 may be extended until as early as 2024 after the world experienced an uncertain economy and security ... so that the world learns what patience and hardship is with perseverance. Prolonged emergency .... power is in the current world leadership in every countries. Whether they want it or not, the left -wing parties, such as Myanmar, Palestine, etc., must abide by the wishes of the leadership in correcting the situation in countries that are in turmoil, including China.
Sejurus muncul terus berperanan mengambil alih semua pemerintahan sedunia.
Al-Mahdi appeared alone at the latest in early 2024 when the world was in turmoil with an uncertain economy and security.
The advent of the world really wants him to appear, the advent of only universal brotherhood, no war, only to help eradicate poverty and organize the administrative system in every country.
As soon as it emerged it continued to play a role in taking over all world governments.

Worst was the Tg Piai byelection whereby umno/bn won with 15,000 majority the highest ever in Malaysian histort that forced Bersatu Chairman to resign in shame. In GE 14 despite of slur and negative campaign by the PH against Nijib, umno got 54 (secured 60% of seat contested) and BN scored 96. Bersatu got only 13 (obtained 12% of the seat contested). Bersatu encouraged crossing of floors from umno and managed to get 16 frogs. In GE 15 umno will take back these 16 seats and Bersatu will not any seat. In fact, Bersatu's warlords will possibly go jail, the writting are on the wall. umno just wait for GE 15 to come. umno this time will contest 120 seat and just need to win 96 seats on its own. Then bn jv with PH. Anwar Ibrahim can become pm Tok Mat Hassan become TPM cum Finance Minister or Ku Li become PM and Anwar become TPM Cum Finance Minister.
