IMO a perfect video. You captured what the GTS is capable of with skilled riders on legit terrain, and how it responds to the type of corrections we make when it gets sketch. Long raw shots instead of quick cutaways. You totally let the board speak for itself without excessive commentary. Good job and thanks man.
Nice trails., goid riding.. enjoyed seeing it :) i prefer these types of trails with ruggedness fo them. Your tire should stay fine if you have enough stans or armadillo in it. Pro tip: carry a bike inner tube in a pack, saved me a long hike out from a slab puncture once.. the onoy flat ive ever gotten actualky on a o.w. but i was hapoy to have it .need also a small pump though too
Is your foot pointing straight forward following the gripple guide line? My left foot (Regular stance) is a bit pointed around 310 degree and back is straight. I got a foot fatigue coming on when riding at high speed for many minutes at the time. Any help on foot fatigue? Will the gripple or change in my foot stance help?
Foot fatigue is inevitable and gripples only add to the fatigue. I love them for the added grip otherwise they can be uncomfortable. I’d say getting better shoe insoles can help reduce some of that discomfort. I personally use FP insoles. 🤙
Try 4uding with your rear foot just slightly off of the topside edge.. small stance changes can make huge differences. Experiment by adding a slight rise in the profile or dip .. go small and adjust. Takes some time:)
I’d guess the GT would be around 13% after the same abuse. The only thing I’d say is that the GT would probably not make it up certain hills and most definitely not at the same speed
Gorgeous trails! But 12mile max?? Nah.. ill keep my gt. At 12miles im just getting warmed up. I can get almost 30 miles on my gt. I'll be keeping it until the next board gets released. Unless it can only go 8miles😂

For sure you can, and should. If you ride any trails life savers are the cheapest and best investment you can make. Cracked hub is the worst day ever . To not have that day is worth 50 bucks for sure :)
I'd say both tires are great but they have different characteristics off road. The GOAT tire is lighter so it accelerates quicker but it also tends to bounce more. The performance treaded is great for its width but it lacks an edge with how rounded it is. It's feels like a heavy bowling ball. I’m still not sure which one I like more tbh 🤨 lol
@@Alloutjose I got the performance threaded and really like it overall but i feel like on some turns it just slips sometimes, just ordered a Goat tire so imma give it a try
11.5 miles at 8%. I watched your video on the GT vs GTS talk and I plan on making another video on range but this time on the street with casual riding. I expect 20mi or so but only if I limit my speed to about 20mph (GT pushback). It’s hard holding back from speeding and accelerating fast on this thing.

@@sylrider Agreed. Range tests can all vary person to person especially with different terrains. However, an XR does not equate to a GTS in any way. The GTS is meant for speed and torque, therefore it will drain the battery quickly when pushing it to its limits. A stock XR will never average the speeds we were doing. That being said, a GTS riding at XR speeds would produce greater range, just as a GT would.

Hahaha you sure did 🐐 The GOAT tire is a huge upgrade in comparison to the performance treaded. Much more traction and zero slip outs.

We hit past pushback a few times, which on the GTS is 25mph. My top speed so far is 32mph with the GTS.
