I'm so glad this might be an upcoming feature! A long time ago I made a concept for the photo booth and how you could use it to take free cam pictures around jamma and inside dens. Even though the photo booth may not get updated since this feature could now be a thing, I'm still happy this is coming to the game.

I think you were right because in one of the newer posts on L30ra’s instagram has a weird camera angle, in the mystical manor den (it was a post about dressing up as an eastern dragon w/ fit check) the camera angle doesn’t look possible with the camera we have on aj currently. I think it’s safe to assume they are trying to keep this feature a secret until it gets officially revealed

Wait a min, i just had a thought What if they were testing that because the upcoming fit check feature allows free camera movement When editing items, Animal Jam may have decided because they have the ability to, they would attempt to add it to normal gameplay

Ok hear me out, but in like 2021 2022 there was this really glitched camera angle of a first person looking at the side of the jamaa exploratorium in alpondale. The screenshot is deep down in my photos though so it would probably take a really long time to find lol. But maybe this feature has been in development since way back then since everyone I knew didn’t know what it was for

There wasnt a toggle switch on mine, but the free cam option is displayed by the Advanced Shopping. I tried it, the only thing it unlocked was zooming in and out, but I'm not sure if that's been available the entire time or if I'm just dense :D
To have a free cam ability would be so cool! Hope they add it to aj 🙏
