      Thanks buddy. I was supposed to be in London the last weekend of this month but had to cancel it because my middle boy had an entrance exam to high school. Might be over in a few weeks. 🤞

    Nice week. The places you run are so green. The Valencia marathon should be great. I see videos about Valencia 10K all the time about how fast it is for records. I would assume the marathon uses part of same course. Hope the soreness in knee goes away soon.

      I hope your knee rehab is going well. Yes the marathon uses some of the 10k route in Valencia.
      The coldest it gets here is like 35-40F and the hottest it hets in the summer is like 80-85F so we get plenty of green because nothing really halt the growth.
