the verb to look has a lot differents meanings i know look for for example if i say i was loking for everywhere i mean my keys i looked for a car to buy, i look for videos on youtube to help me to understand grammar another is look ahead i look through means to ignorant somebody i didn't know probably i'm used to do i look through people in the street i looked though many people in the shop another meaning is when you readying i readying look through the newspaper because i were late to get my job and look forward to mean to wait with pleasure for eample i look foward to start the contest which i have plan to attend, i looking forward to the weekend just to entertaiment a little

Are you sure that "look through" means "look very quickly a newspaper/book..."? Other teachers on CZcams say that "look through" means "analyze" while "look over" means "glans something"... that's quite weird, isn't it?
anyway looking through presupposes a quick action without paying attention to details, so you consider some material, but do it in a certain way, which I have explained.
Adam, who is Canadian, said in a video on EngVid (which is a very popular youtube channel) "look through is inspect, look for detailed things; you can look an essay and find this or that particular thing". It seems strange since he is supposed to speak English as a native speaker.
