One of the easiest way could be if ubers are actually parked (just like a godown from where easy access is gained wen materials are out of stock )somewhere near the airport with the agenda to entertain only airport requests...as per my filter ! I hope I made u understand what exactly is in my head

paying the return fare from airport as bonus incentive seems like a option other then that how else can the driver who is the main actor of this entire case study be ready to move in the first.. place from the airport...
